Vinason is a fast casual Vietnamese restaurant. Our only focus is Vietnamese food with Love. We source local and sustainable as much as possible. Our beef broth is cooked 24 hours with 100 lbs of antibiotics free pasture raised beef bones. Our steak, brisket, and meatballs are antibiotics free and hand crafted. Our tofu is non GMO and our shrimp are always wild gulf shrimp. Our fish sauce is pure anchovies and salt. Our fix siracha is organic. We can’t afford for all ingredients to be organic, but our passion to elevate Vietnamese food is. Food with Love!

Surprisingly good, was hesitant after reading the reviews but decided to give some takeout a try, and those reviews are harsh. But everything that we had was nice and fresh, the spring rolls were massive (pretty much a meal in themselves), the lemongrass pork stir fry was delicious, and the combo brisket and chicken pho was pho-king awesome (see what I did there). The staff are also super nice and polite.

I ordered the All natural lemongrass chicken salad and wild gulf shrimp spring rolls and BOGO coconut water. Everything was outstanding! I will probably order tomorrow also! Thank you for a great meal after an 11 hour day!

I placed an online order for vegan broth with tofu, and a chicken pho. Got home and in the bag was a pho, not chicken – not even sure what it is, and a side of beef broth with beef. No vegan pho broth. One of us didn’t even get dinner and the other doesn’t want to eat the supposed chicken pho because it’s not chicken.

Super cute vibe the peach tea was superb. The broth is very very sweet and the portion sizes for the price point is so not worth it. It’s giving amusement park prices. Also you order online and pick up at the counter in like 2 min. No real service but it’s literally no wait time, not sure if that’s a good or bad thing.

I got a vermicelli bowl here and enjoyed it very much. Good proportions and lots of flavor! The staff is friendly and the food was made quick. Space is very limited so consider this if you plan to sit down for a meal.

I ordered a Tofu Banh mi and a Vietnamese coffee. I have had Banh mi from here several times and really enjoy it. However, the coffee was way TOO sweet for me.

Good place to checkout – Ready quickly (ordering to go or even door dash). Recommend Vermicelli or spring rolls>banh mi. The bowl was flavorful and filling. Want to try the pho next. Didn’t like the bread with the pork banh mi, but enjoyed everything else I’ve tried.

I used the go here all the time for lunch, but the quality has dropped drastically. Just today I got a tofu banh mi. I can confidently say it was the worst banh mi I’ve ever had. The tofu was overcooked and dry and with double the amount of salt. Instead of coriander, it just had coriander stems. And the whole sandwich was dripping in mayonnaise. Just terrible. Had to throw it after 3 bites. Will never return and recommend others to save their money and taste buds and go somewhere else.
