Having dietary restrictions should never mean having to sacrifice quality and taste, which is where we come in! Our family has more than 100 years of experience in the baking business –- we’ve been making traditional breads, rolls, and mouthwatering desserts for three generations. Since we discovered your bakery from going back & forth to ECMC in the last couple months we’ve never been disappointed in anything we’ve purchased. If our appointments are on the right days we make sure that we stop. The Panini sandwiches are amazing as are the cookies, donuts, cake, brittle, pizza & the dogs even loved their cookies. From the first day you all are so friendly & have made us feel very welcome. We love stopping in every chance we get. I’ve been spreading the word around Jamestown about your AWESOME BAKERY. We will definitely be back many more times keep up the great work!!!!!!

Largest selection of gluten-free baked goods I’ve seen! This is such a wonderful place, with friendly employees who were happy to recommend items. It smells so good inside, and though they were very busy, the ambiance was so nice…laid back and not rushed. My niece purchased several items since we are from out of town. She loved everything, from mint chocolate chip cupcakes to cookies, coffee cake, and buns– They had everything! I’m thankful there are places like this for people who can’t have gluten. It’s been so long since she was able to enjoy a dessert.

Vin Chet’s Gluten Free bakery is absolutely bonkers to me these days. I used to get goods from there back when my gluten free journey started about 12 years ago, and now I wouldn’t bother for a single thing. I’m disgusted and disappointed in how their product quality has practically diminished completely; Crumby and solid cupcakes ( Good luck biting into them ) , and rubbery cookies? I’ve baked independently for YEARS, gluten free and gluten containing, and I can’t wrap my head around how they achieved this consistency.
Never again. The real kicker, after spending the $30 for these two things, & saying something to them about it, there’s nothing they can do? We will definitely NOT be going back – They didn’t even offer anything to replace it or swap it for anything else.

This was the best breakfast sandwich that was gluten free that I’ve had! The pizza delicious! Highly recommend this gf deliciousness! Also ordered a cupcake and donut but ate too much and saving that for later!

The bakery is amazing! My daughter also has celiacs and we stock her up for her college as we pass through. The quality and taste is the best and I keep trying others but these are the baked goods in my freezer.

I stopped in because I saw a “Gluten Free Bakery” and they did not disappoint! Vin-Chet’s has a range of foods from sandwiches to pizzas, drinks, frozen bread, and desserts such as cakes, donuts and cupcakes. I got a peanut donut since Tim Horton’s did not have them the other day, and this one was delicious, as was the key lime cupcake I got. You couldn’t tell it was GF, it was moist and had a soft texture. A lot of GF products can be grainy, but these goods weren’t.
I’ll definitely go back for more. I’d like to ask if they have dairy free and vegan options during my next visit.
I’m glad they have picnic tables out front. It’s nice to have a place to sit and enjoy a treat.
