At Vin-Chet Bakery, we put the “good” back into gluten-free baked goods. We’ve tried the commercially made gluten-free breads at the local supermarkets, and quite frankly, we feel you deserve better. Having dietary restrictions should never mean having to sacrifice quality and taste, which is where we come in! Our family has more than 100 years of experience in the baking business –- we’ve been making traditional breads, rolls, and mouthwatering desserts for three generations. With celiac disease on the rise, we were getting more and more requests from customers to create gluten-free products that taste just as sweet as “the real thing,” and we’ve risen to the challenge! Stumbled upon this gem near Buffalo airport! We are celiac and the food in this bakery is truly amazing! My daughter said “I feel like I’m eating something bad” because gluten free NEVER tastes this good! We loved it so much, we made a special trip back! The owner is gracious and so sweet! Workers are awesome too! MUST try and support a local business non-chain bakery, and sandwiches too!!! You won’t regret it nor will you find anywhere place like it in the states!!

Wow…what a dream bakery for anyone who cannot eat gluten. I stopped here on my way to Pennsylvania from Ontario to pick up a GF cupcake for my birthday, yet again. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that everything in the bakery was gluten-free. I didn’t really ask the first time I was here and it was so nice to learn I could eat EVERYthing there. I really wish I lived close because they had cupcakes, cookies, and lots of meals in the freezer.

The almond ring was amazing. The dinner rolls taste like a regular roll, not all gritty like some other gluten free rolls. Everything in the store is gluten free so if you have celiacs you don’t have to worry about getting sick!
