My husband and I moved to the area recently and I have been trying new places. This is authentic, homemade, delicious food and I’ll definitely be returning. The woman making my food, who I can only assume is Vilma, is also extremely polite and explained in detail different things on the menu. I can’t wait to try her suggestions as I continue to visit her establishment.

Our group just finished eating here and I was excited to share a review about this authentic Mexican restaurant! My friend is vegan and the woman who served us not only served us with joy, but accommodated her diet and made something delicious for her to eat, this woman was creative! She went above and beyond for us. She earned our vote! The food also was so delicious, fresh and most definitely authentic! I will be telling my friends of this place if they ever head this direction.

I tried this restaurant for the first time. I had the enchilada dinner which for me was 3 ground beef enchiladas covered in a red sauce. They were some of the best enchiladas I have eaten!! Chips and salsa were also very good. Service was friendly and very nice. Would definitely eat here again.

Passing thru on the way to houston, lured by some of the good reviews. Have to surprisingly say the reviews were accurate. Good FRESH food, at reasonable pricing. Not the place to go for margaritas, but just a real quaint, very clean, very hospitable place to eat. Our hostess was real sweet and accommodating. I will be back if I travel through again.

We had the fajitas with steak and shrimp. Great taste. Cook was our server too. Very friendly, nice. Also had the Gorditas. Refried beans and rice with both dinners. Will definitely be back next time in the area.

I fell in love with this place. Its quaint, the food is authentic Mexican fare and the staff is awesome. I have been eating here at least 3 times a week. The salsa and tomatillo sauce are excellent. Everything is fresh and tastes amazing!

I really liked the special meal we had today. Steak Quesadillas with rice and beans. With chips, salsa and queso. A great value for great tasting food. I definitely recommend Vilma’s. Love buying from local people!

Muy bueno! Very authentic, delicious food. Beans and rice are always a plus with every meal. The beef is tge best I’ve tasted in this town and the tamales are fresh and hot! There is also a hearty atmosphere and the servers are generally hospitable and friendly, too! Would reccomend to all my amigos and amigas!
