Drink and food:
First time ever here and didn’t have the best time. Arrived around 4:30 PM. They open at 4 Pm. Came for the cool potion themed drinks and was told by bartender Fae that they don’t do those anymore. When I asked about them still being on the menu and seeing potion bottles on the bar Fae said she could make something up and put one of the potion bottles and make it a mocktail. The potion drinks are still on the menu and they specifically say they are non alcoholic. So I was confused when she made it very clear it would be a mocktail. I thought that entailed there was a alcoholic version, you know since she said she could throw one together if I really wanted one. I asked if there was an alcoholic version and she cut me off before I could even finish asking the question. She then became very demeaning and explained to me what a mock tail was like I was 5 years old. ” no alcohol, it looks like a alcoholic drink but its not. It mocks it, you know? Hence the word MOCK-TAIL”. “Yes im very aware what a mocktail is” I informed her. After clearing up that with her I ordered. I got the special which was a buffalo burger and fries. I waited 1 hour for a burger that was supposedly made from scratch.
DONT COME HERE IF YOURE HUNGRY. Ticket times are about an hour for hotdogs and burgers and the food isn’t really worth the wait.
As being it is advertised its made from scratch I thought maybe its worth the wait. It was not. The patty itself was seasoned with, what tasted like, a taco seasoning pack from the store. There was barely any buffalo sauce on my burger. The fries where nicely seasoned and very salty. They just don’t give you alot of fries. Im pretty sure a small fry from McDonald’s comes with more fries. Overall the food was nothing special. A bit overpriced even for the taste and portion size. (15.00) for a burger. It seems like they expect you to be playing on one of their many DnD tables so you don’t notice the wait times.
THE ATMOSPHERE WAS REALLY COOL.
Seeing a life size terminator and Dr. DOOM was really cool. There are arcade machines and some statues located throughout the place. They have board games for rent and purchase. Several very cool DnD tables with screens in the middle for maps or other information your DnD campaign may need. Overall the atmosphere was the best part.
Final thoughts and notes:
This review was written same day as experience (1/17/26). Every single table was taken during my visit here and only the 2 person bar tables and the bar itself had seating. I thought the 1 hour wait time for food was because they were so busy but there are other reviews that say the same thing so its a common thing to wait an hour, and being made from scratch shouldn’t be synonymous with taking a long time. Im also willing to bet that they do still have potion drinks and we were lied to in order to save time because they were so busy. Other wise why would they still be on the menu? And why would there still be potion glasses. I’m also willing to forgive and forget the demeaning conversation we had realizing Fae was the only person behind the bar and the only person serving and taking food orders, so I get she was stressed.
Overall I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you had lots of time to kill or was hosting visitors and wanted a place to hang out. If you have the time to burn (1 hour for food) it’s a fun experience.
Keep being excellent Villainous! We’ll keep reserving tables for our game nights! Love that you have my favorite cider in stock!
