Went here with my mother and was extremely disappointed. We frequently go to Loc and Max’s and decided to finally give Villagio a try. The service was terrible, the waiter never came around when our drinks were empty so we would have to ask other servers for help, when our food came the server never came around to ask if we needed anything, we had to again ask another waiter for Parmesan cheese for my mom’s dish, they didn’t even bring a spoon out for her spaghetti we had to ask for utensils. After all of that they double charged us for the meal. Will not be going here again.

Atmosphere, decor and server were excellent. Appetizer (mozzarela fritta) was delicious. Alfredo pasta was perfect. The 8 small dry hard edged shrimp for additional $7.95 was totally not worth it. They were not freshly prepared but perhaps precooked then warmed again. Overall pleasant experience.

My family and I went there last Saturday night. We were 7 in total and we got there around 9:30-9:45 pm. We called before and they told us they can sit us. Service was terrible, a man rushed our orders even try to put in medium well salmon when I wanted it well done. We asked for a high chair, they never brought it. It was a birthday celebration and everyone felt disappointed. I wished they had just turned us away and told us that they were closing before ruining a special day. Total disaster!! Didn’t even sing Happy Birthday. I would give zero stars if I could.

Service was great, lovely location. Food forgettable – my pasta dish had little seafood and very forgettable and tasteless. Kinda like you make at home in 5 mins (so expensive for what it is $32 for one dish, but tastes like $4). Pity.

Have dined here a few times over the years. The food and service is always pretty good. The ambience and location are definitely perfect. I always want to like this place but I’m giving it 4 stars because there are better Italian restaurants in the area.
