I’ve gone a couple times now. Both times I was disappointed with the onion rings, so I don’t recommend those, and my spouse dislikes the fries. However, I love the zucchini sticks, really enjoyed the fried fish and the accompanying tartar sauce, and their ice cream portions are great. 3 stars for atmosphere mostly because all the picnic tables are kinda gross. I took my dad and he couldn’t stop talking about cleaning the table lol.

Has some nice picnic tables to eat at. We had French fries which were really good. The sweet potato fries were really good too but would be way better witg maple syrup to dip them in. They took salads off their menu which was a bummer. The chocolate milk shake i ordered was really watery and bland – not worth the $5.

Sadly food has gone downhill since last year. Coleslaw was way too salty, fries overcooked. Cod bites and bang bang shrimp were good. My husband asked for a cup with ice for his can of soda and was given one with too little ice. They could do much better!

Horrible quality food. I have been coming here for years and always enjoyed it but tonight the chicken Philly had 6 tiny pieces of chicken, and the bun wasn’t even half full. The fried fish was soggy to the point you could ring out moisture, the fried mushrooms were filled with liquid and a puddle came from them if you opened them up and last the french fries were undercooked, soggy and cold. If you come here stick to the ice cream and nothing else!

The Philly cheese steak was not what it was meant to be. It was more like a shaved steak with cheese, but the fries were excellent. I will definitely try it again, I just won’t order a steak and cheese. And being handicapped with a walker, the staff was extremely and very kind and personable

Cheese steak with their onion rings is worth the stop! Nice hill side setting with picnic tables to enjoy the food. Ice cream is available including good shakes and maple ice cream. My cat loves this heathy eating.

Went with the family, 3 of us. I ordered shaved ribeye sandwich, wife a foot long dog and fries, daughter a fried chicken sandwich with fries. We sat in the enclosure, picnic tables are never cleaned when ever we stop which we’re use to, my ribeye sandwich was terrible, the meat looked to be just tossed on a roll that fell apart and had absolutely no flavor to it, my wife’s fries and daughter’s were soggy and under cooked. We go there when we’re in rutland, the food just seems to get worse on each visit!!! Poor way to spend your money. Sad!!!!!

Great food but customer service was below what I would expect. There was a discrepancy regarding the price and options of something that was on the board outside where customers order from. I let the cashier know this when I was ordering and the response was “this is the price that is on my screen”. They also said, “there are alot of things on the board that need to be changed.” When I told them that the items need to be corrected on the board she said “I don’t have the authority to do that”. I said, “Yes, but your manager does”. At that point, I was very disappointed with the response. The bottom line is that the prices and menu items posted to the public should be correct. I realize items run out but this was not the case.

Great price and okay food with extremely long waits for food any time past 3pm. The hours are also really odd for a place like this closing at 7 daily making it very hard to grab an ice cream after dinner.
