I don’t usually do this but I need to. A friend of mine and I’ve been going to this place for a few years Great service great food never a problem. Just recently we had a waitress named Jessica. My friend and I sat down then he went up to use the restroom she comes over and slaps the menu on the table and starts walking away so I said thank you and under her voice she said yeah you’re welcome not very pleasant voice she goes back to her kids and looks like her husband and starts laughing and joking My friend comes back she comes she says what do you want to drink not in a good voice. I asked for a Sierra mist he asked for a ginger ale. She brought us it and then walked away never said anything. When she came back about 5 minutes later I asked her that something is wrong with the soda because there’s no syrup. She was not thrilled with me and she said there’s bubbles in it so there’s nothing wrong with it. That I tasted my friends ginger ale and it was almost the same exact thing like seltzer water tasting so I let her know about that and she said there’s nothing wrong with either of your sodas You guys are just being too picky. So what do you want to eat she says so I told her I want a grinder cold cut no tomato My friend ordered a grinder himself. While she tells the cook the order she speaks up where we heard her start calling us names we’re stupid we’re ridiculous they’re claiming that there’s something wrong with the sodas calling us morons and if they don’t like it then we need to leave and this is what we’re overhearing I could not believe the amount of disgustingness that was coming out of her mouth her language her attitude and the words that she was using. Then she comes with our food. There’s tomato on mine after specifically said no tomato and then I have a picture of it The grinder was filled with mayonnaise looks like a half a jar mayonnaise on my grinder was not edible I didn’t want to cause problems because she was not nice to us from the beginning. Yes we should of just walked out, but we do enjoy this place. I live in West Springfield and I drove all the way to southwick with my friend to this place and this is how the treatment is from this person. This is unfortunate because Jessica makes the business in other employees and the owners look bad and it’s not any of their fault but that one person. She will be hurting that business if she continues to call customers bad and horrible names her swearing and her demeanor. I’m sorry that we interfered on her time with her man and her kids but that is a restaurant and I feel just awful because my friend and I are disabled It is very sad how we were treated.

Village is a great pizza place! We’ve been going here for years and they always have amazing food. Their pizza sauce is sweet and the cheese is delicious. The crust is very good as well. Also, they’ve managed to keep their prices pretty low for years, especially for the pizzas and grinders. Definitely would recommend as a family friendly option that has tasty dishes.

Great pizza and offers a wide variety of Italian dishes. Although we went here for dinner, the restaurant has a good lunch menu as well. Atmosphere was fairly typical for a strip center pizza joint, but the taste and quality of the food well made up for it. Friendly and quick service also helps make this a great choice.

Nice hole-in-the-wall pizza joint. Staff was cool, restaurant was clean, and patrons were treated as such. Steak sandwich was delicious (and HUGE). Antipasto gets two thumbs-up. Pizza… I’m from New Haven, CT so it would be wrong to judge based off against the best in the country.

Village pizza is a great little restaurant in Southwick MA, the food is excellent, the staff are very friendly, service with a smile. Pricing is average, there’s outside seating on the warm nights, I recommend Village pizza for a great meal without breaking the bank

I loved the BBQ sauce. The tender tasted very tender and soft not burnt nor over cooked perfect. Very happy first time experience. Im from out of state. Happy I chose Village Pizza and you will be too. Ask for extra BBQ sauce tossed on your tenders will make it taste all the better

We came to the Agawam Southwick area with a large family group and we wanted to all have lunch together. The plan was the SUMMER HOUSE But we’ve done that before and the thought was that we would all be at different picnic tables so there wouldn’t be an opportunity to all sit together and eat. So my parents, who were treating, decided on Village Pizza since we had done that years ago with another big group and the pizza was pretty good. We arrived and there was a large section of the restaurant open for us due to my parents calling ahead of time and scheduling a time that we would arrive. The pizzas were already ordered. The staff was very friendly and the environment was great. The fish tank was a highlight for the kids and drinks were ordered for everyone. There were something like 5 or six pizzas. We ate a ton even though we were at different booths, which caused the groups of the family to segment off, which was the point of not doing SUMMER HOUSE but we mixed enough up at each table that we had a great time and great conversations. Overall, if you have a big group and you are in the Southwick, MA area, please don’t hesitate to call ahead and make reservations at Village Pizza!

I really enjoy Village Pizza. The food is good, the service has been good, the restaurant style is a classic downtown pizza place which I love. It’s reminiscent of a pizza place I grew up near. They have a little bar which is cool. It’s also very clean every time I’ve been there. The “Order Online” button on their homepage doesn’t work, but if you look at the menu, there’s a working button there. Fix that, and you’ll be perfect!
