The atmosphere is friendly and kind and always welcoming. While the pizza is always delicious and it’s my go to pizza spot in town today switched it up and I got the NY chicken cheesesteak and it is the best chicken cheesesteak I’ve ever had. The cheese to chicken to peppers and onions ratio is perfection and the bread is toasted just enough to make the outside a little crispy while the inside remains soft. I can’t wait to eat this again.

Nice place. Good food. Good people. I work remote all over NY and NJ. I stop at random pizza spots a few times a week and I have to say that this pizza is by far the best I’ve had all week 7/14 – 7/18, and ive had a slice everyday this week. Definitely a hidden gem. Great people working at Village Pizza. Very friendly owner and the staff are all too eager to help out. Delicious pizza. The crust is amazing!!! Crispy stiff doesn’t bend with lots of flavor. We shared a regular slice and a veggie slice. Both were good. They were missing a bit of that greasy cheese flavor that you would expect on a good slice of pizza. A little salt, pinch of red pepper and some Parmesan cheese gave both the flavor we were looking for. Will definitely return to this neighborhood shop when we are in the area, because we love those local pizza joints like Village Pizza.

I was in yesterday. My family and I took a day trip from Penns Grove NJ to Nyack NY. Hands down the best pizza we’ve ever had!! The service was fantastic as well , very nice guys working here. If you’re in Nyack and looking for some great pizza look no further.

Havent had a NY slice since I left for North Carolina years ago… Here for a wedding and stopped in for a couple of plains… Everything you want from a NY slice shop: excellent, friendly service, awesome food (not just pizza!), and an old-school vibe. Pizza was thin, crispy, had great quality cheese and a perfect sauce. If I lived here I would be back every week, at least!

First time in NY, and I wanted some “authentic” NY pizza, and I found it here! Probably the best pizza I’ve ever had. My favorite slice was the lasagna pizza with marinara sauce on the side. The amazing staff made it even better. Would 100% recommend for anyone in the area!
