Food was good. Pizza was perfectly done and had so many flavors. Steak/cheese was perfect to our liking. Nick was rude when first entered but after a few minutes he apologized for how he was rude and he was understaff and we talked a bit.

The last man standing in the Shrewsbury center area for pizza like you remember it. Looks like a pizza place it smells like a pizza place and the subs and pizza are exactly what you want them to be. Just plain great. Haven’t been in years and boy am I glad I went tonight. And the owner is a gem. Respects the old ways of doing things. Your local Greek pizza joint. No frills. The food is good (my favorite pizza in town, at least), ready quickly, and the prices are the best in the area. The owner is a little rough around the edges, but so what…he’s a good guy. He’s been working his whole life feeding you ingrates, so cut him some slack. Places like this need to stay alive – do your part.

The 1-star reviews complaining about how rude the owner is are hilarious. Just order your food, wait for it, and leave. It’s not complicated. Not sure why people feel entitled to so much more hospitality from a cheap local pizza place. The food is consistently great, I recommend the wings and the fish & chips.

Just order cheese pizza. I ordered buffalo chicken. It had a great description on “Slice”. But I got a cheese pizza with fried chicken on it. He put it on after the pizza was baked. Felt like l was eating chicken nugget pizza lol. FWIW, that fried chicken tasted pretty good.

We’re from out of town and stopped in for a quick lunch between basketball games. Upon entering, to the right is take out/pick-up. To the left is sit down. We were surprised by how packed the place was for a Sunday afternoon! Ambiance/decor is pretty basic and what you would expect for a place like this.
We can’t speak for the pizza as no one in our party of 5 ordered pizza, but 3 of us ordered burgers and they were juicy and delicious!!! Our 12 year old has talked about it multiple times since and asks to go back!

TRASH!!! I ordered 4 large cheese pizzas to be delivered to my son’s school for his third birthday party. I placed the order online, but called and spoke to the owner the day before as well just to verify that it was all set. He reassured me that my order was all set and would be delivered at the school for 11:15am. At 11:30 when the pizza wasn’t there, I called Village pizza and the owner said that he had run a little late but that the delivery driver had just left the shop so it would be there soon. When the pizza still hadn’t arrived at 11:45am, I called in a panic because I now had 20 hungry preschoolers expecting a pizza lunch. The owner basically told me that he uses a third party delivery service for deliveries and to contact “them” (still unsure who “them” is) because he couldnt do anything to help me. I was obviously upset after just spending $70 on pizza for my one birthday that didn’t show up. He refused to refund me, refused to make my order again, and instead told me that “he was busy and this was not his problem” and hung up on me. I will NEVER do business here again and will warn everyone I know to stay away. This owner is rude, trash and a crook. Don’t waste your time or your money here… you won’t get your food or good service.

First time stopping in, and it was definitely one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a while. I’m a New Yorker born and raised, and so I’m a bit particular about my pizza. You won’t be dissapointed stopping by!
