Our server was good and attentive.
The chicken fingers and fries were tasty.
The fish was over cooked and crunchy on the thin part, the thick side was good.

Only went a couple times with the old owners. It’s a diner, food was good. Have gone with the new owners and more impressed. Some updates have been completed and it looks better and much cleaner. Service was great and food was still good. Not a fan of the hours, but you do what you have to do to survive as a small buisness. (I was also happy to see that the previous cook is not there anymore. The hygiene had me a little worried.)

Trash, trash, and trash. Was told 10-15 minutes for pickup. It ended up being 40 minutes, these are the “blueberry pancakes” bland as you can imagine, eggs were slimy. I asked if there was cutlery in the bag she said “No, do you need some?” Sorry, but I didn’t plan on eating with my hands today. ♀️ the only people that could possibly be giving this place a decent review is senior citizens and people with blown out taste buds.

My mother and I went here to eat and we were excited as we had heard such great things and had a good experience the last time we were there. Unfortunately that was not the case this time. The fried mushrooms came out hot and delicious. We both ordered the BLT. My mother ordered a wrap and I ordered it on Texas toast and that had really good flavor. I ordered tater tots and those were crispy and good and my mother ordered french fries werw undercooked and had a very different taste to them. I chalked it up to maybe the oil had a flavor to it. Fast forward. My mother and I had to use the restroom right away before we even had to pay our bill and the rest of the day we had stomach aches and continual bathroom visits. Unfortunately, we will not be eating here again and risking another stomach ache. (We only drank water)

We visited for Sunday lunch on 1/11/2026 and unfortunately had the worst meal I’ve ever had there. First the Fried Chicken dinner price increased from about $12 to $15. I ordered it anyway because it is usually good. Then, just before our meal was delivered the waitress informed me that they had run out of white meat so the cook is frying me dark meat only. I informed her I would not be happy with that and she offered to bring me a menu so I could order something else. I realized it had already been 15-20 minutes since we ordered, so if I ordered a replacement, my husband would be done with his meal before I received a replacement. I told the waitress I was not happy that they didn’t inform me when I ordered, but would take the all dark meat meal. Our meals were brought out about 5 minutes later. The chicken was fresh out of the fryer however the baked potato was cold. (Would not even soften the butter I put on it). I informed the waitress and she offered to ”nuke it”. I told her no and asked for a to-go container. She brought us one along with the bill. Did not offer any kind of compensation for an unsatisfactory experience. I will not be returning to a place we once thought of as a good place to eat in our dinning out rotation.

I loved this restaurant before it changed ownership. A friend loved going here every year for his birthday. Through 2024 the portions were great, my chicken fried steak was falling off the plate and the baked potato was ample and everything tasted great. In 2025, my steak was like a small cutlet and the baked potato barely larger than a new potato. The flavors aren’t there either. I understand that the restaurant changed hands but there shouldn’t be this much change in portions or quality. Won’t be back.

Good dinner and good prices. They have a good salad bar and our meals were good, not great–the kind you would expect for a little lower prices than most places. Portion sizes are good for eating there, but not for leftovers.

A great place to go for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. They have a good selection of what they offer from the menu so there’s something for everyone. The service can be hit or miss during dinner. Breakfast this morning was great and so was our waitress. The prices are great. Spent less than $30 today for two of us. I do wish the staff was more detail oriented when it comes to cleanliness. Wore shorts today and crumbs were sticking to my skin from the booth seat. Overall I like coming here and will continue unless something changes.
