Recently went in and what was a busy morning, we got sat right away and our server Alyssa came and got drinks right away which is always nice. Asked if our 3 year old wanted to put her order in, which I really appreciate as a mom. Our food came quickly even with a few complicated orders and was all made correctly and hot! Our server was sweet, kept our drink refilled and very attentive on a busy morning. Will definitely be back!

We love breakfast and have tried several breakfast spots around town. But we love our neighborhood VI for a reliably tasty breakfast. Malik has been our server several times- he’s welcoming and friendly, and knows our drink order by now! The food comes out hot and quick and always consistent.

We had such a wonderful experience at Village Inn, and a huge part of that was our server, Breckin. From the moment we sat down, he was incredibly sweet, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Breckin made sure we had everything we needed throughout the entire night, checked in at the perfect times, and created such a warm and positive atmosphere. His kindness and helpfulness truly stood out and made our visit feel extra special. Great service can completely change a dining experience, and Breckin absolutely went above and beyond.

VI Southlands is one of the best in the area. All of the servers are excellent. Today, Cyndi was my server. She is efficient with my order (which I asked for some adjustments with). She had a number of tables besides mine. Kitchen staff did a good job on my order, including extra crisp grilled onion. Be sure to come by for a meal.

I checked the order before leaving. Never actually had a chance to leave with the food. We were missing 1 Hashbrowns, 1 biscuit, 2 tubs of gravy. We were only give 2 tubs when looking at it, but ordered 4.
A manager, black woman Sammy came to assist. I didn’t ask for a manager, the check out girl said she wanted to get the manager so she doesnt get in trouble for giving out free food (missing food is not free, I paid for it.) When I said we were missing Hashbrowns for this order, she said “okay, its in there” with a tone. I said why are you fighting with me? I know what i ordered and whats is not in here. If you could just listen to what im saying. She said ” don’t get that tone with me,” i said im not, but you are telling what in here, and im letting you know what’s not. Then I got and attitude. And said “I’ll take it for free if you want” she then took all the food back and said she’d give me a refund online, I said okay, I dont this trust that and I’ll take it right now. But she left.
Lordy. The unprofessionalism. I don’t think she will care if she gets fired. Like, where do you see hash browns? This was also an order I checked, even before leaving the store. A $61.00 order. 3 pies, and 2 meals she took back. Sammy, you should be ashamed of your self acting a fool in front of everyone. Moral of this story, ALWAYS check before leaving and don’t deal with Sammy.

Me and my family come here very often and are served by the staff here. They are always kind, quick and I’ve never had any issues with my orders or requests! Today’s server Logan did a fantastic job with our meal and was very accommodating to us and our very rowdy 1 year old so we will definitely continue coming back

Emily is very nice and personable. She took her time trying to understand my brother who has disabilities and speech problems. Emily is very professional. She checked on our table multiple times and made sure everything with our food and drinks were good which they were.
