The portions are horrible here over the years it’s gotten worse. They took forever as well. At this point go to Black Bear down the street next to Texas Roadhouse, their food is amazing and tasty and does not taste like microwaveable food. The service was great but if you’re reading this and work here go work there instead where you get treated better and have a better opportunity for growth!

Food was good. It was before Thanksgiving so they did have half of the restaurant closed to set up all the pies, but even though that was going on, there was no wait to be seated staff was very attentive. There wasn’t a lot of noise, even though it was during breakfast hours. Good place to meet up with friends and family.

Great customer service, clean and food. Management is doing a excellent job. Special shout out to Ms Denaeya for providing excellent customer service. I highly recommend it and will definitely go again as it became one of my favorite spots.

I visited this location on Christmas Day, you would expect chaos and long wait times. This staff had the entire floor locked in, tables were cleaned and prepped within 5 minutes of a group leaving, my cup was never empty and my food came out as fast as it would on a slow day. I am blown away by Vanessa (manager on duty) and her staff. 10/10 would recommend

Food was great quality and the server provided great service. Overall the experience was great until the end of the meal. We inquired about a military discount as the corporate website stated they do provide 10% off for the entire order. The management held firm that the owners of the individual establishment gave them specific instructions not to honor the corporate policy.
Highly disappointed that a business would take that stance. And its not about the money off. It’s the principal of the matter. Whether you are a franchise or not; you still have to abide by corporate policy. Not a good look for the Village in.

Nice calm atmosphere, good food, pleasant hostess and check out was easy and quick.
I also notice that every visit the silverware is always spotty and needs wiped off.
I even noticed coffee is not always as hot as I’d like my coffee..

Our server was super. The reason only 4 stars is that someone came around with pieces of pie and asked we would like one. We thought the pie was free. It’s not October I know but I forgot for a second!
Anyway, we all took a piece of pie and of course it was delicious but it was NOT free. Nice trick!

Ordered my Thanksgiving pies, days before Thanksgiving. I went to pick them up and waited in a long line to pay and another long line to pick up my pies. (While the people giving the orders where playing around). I ordered a banana pie and a caramel pecan. I drove all the way from the northeast to pick them up and back, just to get home and realize they gave me pumpkin pies. I called right away to let them know. They said they could refund me but I had paid cash. So the manager told me she would make it up to me if I came the next day to pick up the correct order. Went the next day and the other manager wanted the pumpkin pies to give me the ones I had ordered. Will not be ordering anything from this place.

Very nice place to have quiet conversations over coffee. They are famous for their pies and desserts, but they also have mean tasty hamburgers and dinner plates. This particular location is very clean a and friendly. The staff is attentive and the service comes fast. Very satisfying experience.
If you’re in need of a quiet place to do some homework, drop in. They have free wifi as well.
