Great memories at the village inn restaurants. Best food and the apricot syrup made the pancakes amazing. I have to go back and visit to maintain my cheese omelette intake

Came for free pie Wednesday, I ordered the garden skelet with im eggs. My broccoli was cold and not cooked. Cheese not melted. Cold to say the less. My company asked for limp bacon, came out raw and cold. Server’s told that is pat cooked and that is how they do there limp. Cool. Ok pie time! You would think they would have made the pies fresh or even second day pie wouldn’t have been this bad. Whip cream on top was very stiff! Not fresh at all. At the end our server was in the dinning room having a conversation and cussing away about daycare. Added bonus server’s don’t have to wear socks and can also wear hoodies…….
All n all , don’t recommend

I ordered a chicken fried steak skillet with eggs over medium and pancakes. My girlfriend ordered a different skillet with scrambled eggs and pancakes. My pancakes came out with extremely runny whites so they were not even over easy. My girlfriend‘s orange juice was extremely watered down like it was one of those frozen concentrate cans with too much water stirred in. The butter looked like a curdled mess of vegetable oil. She sent the orange shoes back and that got taken off our ticket and got coffee instead, which was extremely burnt. I sent my skillet back and got a new one and the eggs were cooked firmer this time, but the overall experience isn’t what I’m used to from the village Inn. The night before we just spent $40 at P.F. Chang’s and had a much better experience for the same money…I know it’s not fine dining but the meal wasn’t complicated either.

Had not been to Village in for years. Had to meet two others for website discussion. Joined the rewards club and had $5 off. The service was great. The food was excellent. I have not had a portion of Ham that big in along time. Thick Cut, High quality.

We went here for breakfast on Mothers day. There was about a 20 – 30 minute wait, which I expected. Once we were seated, our server was very attentive and helpful. Our food came out quickly and was good. My mom’s eggs were cold and the strawberry crepe took a really long time to come out but other than that, everything was good.

This was my favourite breakfast chain near my house but they did over-burned the hash browns. The server did not ask in advance but he did notice it when brought it out. Not professionally he took a whole plate inside then brought out the exact (but flipping) piece. The size overall is the same but quality is not.

We ordered pies for the Thanksgiving holiday. My husband showed up to pick them up, but was a day early and totally wrong time. Lovely staff rounded the pies up for him so he wouldn’t have to make another trip the next day! He was thrilled!!

would give zero stars if i could. Boyfriend and I just ordered food, went to go pick it up and when we got home he didn’t get his biscuits and gravy or his bacon. We’ve had 3 phones calling their number for about 20 minutes now and no one had picked up. Which is funny because when we went in there was only 2 families in the restaurant, and two teenage girls just chatting away at the front. The cooks were outside smoking, smelt like weed. We just want our order right or our money back

Haven’t been here in a while, and this reminded me why. I had a pick up order for the double decker club and fries. Yes, it should be toasted but NOT rock hard to the point it couldn’t be eaten. It was inedible. Couldn’t even bite through pieces of it. Had to remove all the inedible pieces and was left with 1/3 of the sandwich.
You could tell just by feeling it that it wasn’t right and the person who made the sandwich had to have noticed. I will definitely be choosing somewhere else to spend my money if this is the quality of food that they serve these days.
