This is a cute cozy coffee shop tucked away into a parking lot that also has a taxi stand and barber shop. The bus also stops on the corner. This is a grab and linger for the bus/taxi kind of place. Not a place where you can chill and work on your laptop for very long.
Three round tables with stools. The case with pastries were good. Coffee was mid. Service was okay. I would come back because it is convenient. I want to ask about bike/kayak rentals here next time too.

Richard was wonderful and kind. My spinach feta croissant was flaky and light, and my dirty chai was made with obvious love. Delicious, great atmosphere, amazing service. Will definitely be coming again!!

It fine. A grab an go coffee shop. Not many warm food options. But the croissants were good. Coffee was decent. Staff were friendly. all the tables were free when we went. Basically no parking though.

easily the best cafe in town. My go to is the ham & cheese on a toasted croissant. It never disappoints & the staff is always kind✨✨✨

This place has the best coffee in New Paltz, hands down. The iced drinks have a giant ice cube made of coffee, sooo cool! The iced mocha is the best, and you can add toasted marshmallow syrup if you’re feeling a smores vibe. The spinach and feta croissant is 10/10, definitely get it warmed up.

Everything about village grind is impeccable! Wonderful pastries(their croissants are to DIE for), delicious drinks, and personable staff and owner. Everything is very reasonably priced and the small comfortable atmosphere makes this place my personal favorite breakfast/brunch stop in New Paltz. I bring all my family and friends who visit from out of town here and they love it!

The Iced Blueberry Vanilla Latte tasted like…wait for it… BLUEBERRY! This iced latte was PEAK. Exactly what I want from an iced latte – aesthetic, awesome giant ice cubes made with coffee, scrumptious syrup, and seamlessly blended espresso. Not to mention the ham and cheese croissant was bomb. 10/10 – I will be returning to try the rest of their lattes
