They serve great food, the waitress who served us was such a nice person. Had corned beef hash and cheese omelette and it was really tasty. The potatoes were absolutely delightful. The place truly feels like home. We have seen customers hugging the waitresses. The people who were dining there were also very nice. Truly a homely ambience. Great job guys – keep this up!

No frills breakfast restaurant with good service and good (but a bit bland) food. Sign when you enter: take a menu and sit where you want. Excellent system; I wish it would catch on. Only one hard working woman serving everyone, and she does a good job. Food is brought out by someone else. Service was quick, and our coffee cups stayed full. Bring your check to the counter when you are done. Parking in the rear, to the left of the restaurant (one narrow road in and out). Accessible ♿️.

Been coming here for almost 30 years!! Never disappoints!! A huge G’burg staple!! Weekday special is always my go to!! But you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu!! Come, grab yourself a menu and sit yourself and feel like you’re at someone’s home with fabulous service!!

My husband and I came here for breakfast for the first time! The food was delicious and arrived quickly! Definitely recommend for a nice hot breakfast. They have a lot of space inside, so it’s great for families too.

Fantastic old-school diner in an old building with older waitresses and fantastic breakfast food. I had some fluffy and flavorful pancakes. I’d give this place six stars if I could. Pay upfront and make sure to leave the waitresses a good tip!

Edit: 6/22… Went back. Great food and service.. Sat am so busy !! Brought around refill for coffees both decaf and reg…. Had a ham & cheese/western omelets (pics) came with toast and home fries total $25 for 2 w/coffee *** From 8 years ago ….Good food, fair price. Service is good. Staff looking at their phones and chatting with each other, they did take of customers, just did not get ” a warm fuzzy feeling”. Will try another place. Overall not bad, not great.

The food wasn’t half bad. Actually thought their home fries stole the show. The steak was cooked just right, & a decent portion as well. The eggs were perfect but, I really liked the home fries the most. The waitress was busy. She a few guest & she was the only server. She did her job efficiently. The restroom was slightly dirty but wasn’t bad. Overall it was a decent option upon my travels.

Parking is so awful. Cars were parked in because there was just nowhere to park. Our waitress was very nice, but the coffee was burnt and no amount of creamer could save it. Food was just so-so and the decor was outdated. Wont go here again.

Great hidden gem. The place was very welcoming with a very open feeling space and REAL plants all along the large windows. The staff was extremely attentive, efficient, and made us feel comfortable. As for food, we were pleasantly surprised by prices and the portions were generous. Our breakfast waffles were delicious and fluffy. Home fries and coffee felt “home made” in the best sense of it!
Finally what pleasantly surprised us at the end of our relaxed breakfast is that we could just pay on the way out at the counter, with a tip box next to it, which we assumed gets split among all of the staff, which is absolutely fair considering they paid extra attention and we didn’t have one set waitress serving us. We found it to be very effective as well.
It left us very satisfied and we will be coming back some time soon!

A long time established diner, that has stood the test of times. Growing up in the area as a child to adult…, I’m sad that I have never dined at this place. Walking in it gives you that personal diner feel, and adds more flavor to the already delicious foods. The only issue that I would speak of is staffing shortage. The day I visited, there was only one waitress on duty. But she was absolutely wonderful and didn’t show any stress, with the location filling up with patrons. I ordered the “Special”, which was eggs, bacon, fried potatoes, hash, and toast. I added scrapple ad an extra side. Totally delicious, and it was so much food that I couldn’t finish my dish. I’m looking forward to returning to try other dishes.
