I’m really disappointed with my experience here. I purchased a couple slices of cheesecake and before even taking a bite, I noticed visible mold on the slice. There were clearly discolored gray/white spots on the side of the cheesecake.
This is a serious food safety concern. Cheesecake is dairy-based and should never be sold past freshness, especially with visible mold. I had to throw everything away.
For a bakery with their prices and reputation, this level of quality control is unacceptable. Please check your product rotation and storage more carefully. I won’t be coming back.

Oh my…this little place is fantastic. I was initially searching for a challah loaf for breakfast that morning while I was in the area. I found this place by chance and ended up with no bread but THE most delicious danishes that I’ve had since being in Europe on vacation. I got a cheese and a apple danish along with a small brioche bun. Dense yet light and chewy with the perfect level of sweetness in the fillings. Oh! Scrumptious! Better than what I was initially looking for. I’ll be making a special trip for more of these treats. Bring a friend to wait in the car while you go in, parking is a bit hellish on weekends. It’s so worth it though.

I loved this cute little place in Kenneth Village. It reminds me of how things used to be when it was all mom and pop brick and mortar shoppes. I ordered a Cappuccino and Crème Brûlée. Their prices were so affordable and I loved sitting outside and people watching. What a lovely place and town square.

Ordered 4 fruit tarts from Village French Bakery for my husband’s 50th Birthday celebration. They were delicious (the berries were very fresh and sweet and the presentation was dramatic) and a huge hit with the guests, who ate every last bite. Great and easy experience ordering these on the phone a week ahead of time and picking up the tarts. The staff offered to help me out to my car with them. Really lovely and delicious community bakery.
