We recently moved to Bolton and were new to the layout and he gave us the low down on all the fun stuff to do while making the most delicious mimosas. It was 4th of July weekend and it was jammin’ but he handled the dining-room like a champ and was equally attentive to everyone while getting to go order out as well. He was bustin’ his bunz but it was obvious he was a pro.
We have been back every weekend since and will continue as much as we can. If you are new to the area check out this spot. The food was fantastic! I don’t prefer scrambled eggs because I’m particular about how they are made but they were PERFECTTTTT. The prices are also super reasonable for the amount of food you get.
The view from the dining room is gorgeous and the atmosphere is calm and peaceful. This little spot is well worth the trip up the mountain.
The cafe door near the sidewalk needs a sign with clear instructions on how to get inside. “Please use the door accessible to the right through hotel” would solve the problem. A sign saying “Please use other door” does not help.
My husband was not acknowledged for several minutes when standing inside the cafe near the pickup/order area despite being the only guest there. We ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches with home fries online at 7:30am. They did not know that we had an online order when my husband arrived despite being the only customers at 7:45am.
He was not asked if we wanted utensils or napkins despite our 20 percent tip. The couple that also had a hard time figuring out how to get inside had to go to the hotel’s front desk to ask for utensils AFTER figuring this out once they got up to their room.
The cafe staff should acknowledge guests especially when they are the only guests in the cafe. Please ask each guest if they want plastic silverware or not. The majority of guests will need it.
The breakfast sandwiches and home fries were very good.
These small changes would make a world of difference.
