Came up on my searches while looking for a place to have some cold coffee and something to eat. Drove to Village Cafe and no doubt coffee and food is great. Order a Honey Bear coffee and a burrito. Flavor of the coffee was great and the size of the cup and cost was worth it. Now the burrito was awesome. Real good flavor and the right seasoning. Customer service was great. Gave plenty information on the drinks and reap good suggestions. Thank you Village Cafe for the great service.

I have been there a handful of times barely and each time, I have tried something different foodwise and let me tell you, it DoEs Not disappoint!! Diego and Alexia have it on lock!! Thank you Diego for alway making the food with such great love and always caring about everyone. The clam Chowder has been on of my favorite!! Right?!! You wouldn’t think a clam chowder from a coffee shop would be high quality. But I have ordered their country fried steak bowls, biscuits and gravy, BLT sandwiches and ALLLLL the food is delicious and I can honestly say it is way better than many restrictions around town. The potatoes are amazing and I would recommend you try it out. Shout out to the Moriah. My go to coffee is the Cafe de Olla latter with oatmilk. I got hot the past couple of times, so the only opportunity they have is maybe having a larger size for the hot coffees because I want more!! Lol try try try!!!

Alexia was amazing and her recommendation on the vanilla coconut hot latte was my favorite, it was perfect for me not too sweet. The breakfast burrito was delicious and a good portion to share depending how hungry you are.

This place is so delicious every time and the staff is super friendly! I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while. It’s wonderful to have a place to get a bite out in The Village at the Park Area. The prices seem a little high at first, but for the quality and ammount of food are worth it. I love that the meals come with chips or fruit. The type of fruit rotates and some is better than others, but that’s my only critique. Every meal I’ve ordered has been super fresh and the salsa is absolutely amazing. The coffee is wonderful and pastries are super good too. I’ve eaten here with friends and family, as well as gotten things to go. I really enjoy their breakfast burritos and the tuna sandwhich! I love that they have kids meals too! They even have made nice sides as a meal for my baby. Check out the attached photos 🙂

I had a very unpleasant experience here with one of the staff. My mom and I were excited to try a new cafe that had different types of latte flavors. The lady in the front was nice but seemed new because she didn’t know much about the menu. I asked the girl if one of the lattes was sweet and she called the girl from the back and I asked about measurements but couldn’t give me a direct answer. I expressed how I didn’t like my coffee too sweet and want to be able to taste the coffee. She immediately responded in a dismissive tone saying that their coffees aren’t sweet so I took her word and ordered it how it is supposed to be prepared. I then asked the cashier if they can put it in a mug and she told me yes but when it was brought out, it was in a to go cup, so I asked the lady for a mug and again very dismissively let me know they don’t carry them. That wasn’t a big deal but the attitude was unpleasant. I tried my latte and it was extremely sweet and I couldn’t drink it so i told them and asked if they can remake it. The drink was remade but when she dropped it off it she placed it down quickly and walked away. It felt very obvious that she was irritated with us but I work as a server and every question/ interaction wasn’t unreasonable and it was unnecessarily unwelcoming. I also noticed the girl from the back asked the two tables behind us how everything was but didn’t come to ours. on top of that the lid to my daughters hot chocolate wasn’t on and seemed like they just set the cap on top so it spilt down her sweater. The overall experience was unpleasant which was unfortunate because we were just trying to enjoy a nice rainy day.

This is a neighborhood gem. I stopped in while on my morning walk and ordered the veggie bowl –it was beyond delicious and prepared with the freshest ingredients. The owners and staff are super friendly and gracious with unbeatable service! I was so impressed that I ordered takeout breakfast for my husband and me the next morning. My only regret is that we will only be visiting in Camarillo for a few more days!

The food is outstanding, with generous serving sizes and prices that match the quality and taste. Ice cream is a steal at $3, while pastries, priced at $4-$5, are fresh and delicious.
