We went for lunch on a friday. I had a Cappuccino, it was so small. I had the French Onion Soup, which I really liked. The hubs got the Reuben and sweet potato fries. Both came out hot and fresh..No complaints there. The place has a darling French inspired atmosphere and an impressive bar. I could see us going back there. Our server was competent, efficient and kind. Management was present and visible, which I always must say, is worth a pot of gold. I’ll have to come back and sample more of the food before I can give five stars. My five stars are hard to come by…

Another great meal! I’ve eaten here several times. I’ve never had a bad meal. There is usually a bit of a wait so if you’re very hungry, get an app, salad or a soup. I was with friends- we spent the time catching up, so I didn’t mind the wait. The portions are very generous and we had several take home boxes. Our waitress took very good care of us. Thanks!

Our waitress Ally was awesome. Very attentive and engaging. Spicy calamari, salads, margaritas and desert were. Fantastic. Tomato basil soup tasted like bad spaghetti sauce and mussels tasted horrible. The worst part was Eric the manager was very unprofessional and rude , he came to the table ready to not listen. Very sorry. We did like coming here.

I gave a friend a ride home from the hospital today, so I went, for the first time across the street, to The Village Cafe for lunch. I had Whiskey Battered Onion Rings, a Mushroom Swiss Burger, and finished with Creme Brûlée. A decent lunch in a kinda old school environment, and my server, Cassidy, did a great job!

Food is amazing! I suggest the Blackend Bleu Salad with blacked salmon to substitute the steak.
The service was impressive. Wic was attentive and knowledgeable of the restaurant’s menu.
The atmosphere was quiet and inviting. Everything was clean and in its place. I always check the restroom before I recommend.
Last but not least, the prices are more than fair for the experience.
Village cafe is 10/10 and I’ll be back!!!!

The owner Eric is VERY knowledgeable about his products and where they come from. The world peace cocktail is light and refreshing! Eric is open, honest, and transparent about his practices and food. The MUSSELS are PHENOMENAL! Spicy the broth is light and balanced! The surf and turf? Get outta hea! The lobster is cooked perfectly and the steak? Needs no knife! Hidden menu item creme brulee donut or cinnamon churro lava cake ask for Eric!

Delicious food! Hamburger steak is awesome and so flavorful. Cooked to perfection as are the fried potatoes. Bread pudding dessert is excellent. Portions are max size, no skimpy meals here.

The restaurant is so cute and quiet. The food was very delicious. I came for lunch around 1:30 and left right at 3, only problem i had was that i was charged dinner prices during their lunch hours, It’s fine though!

I went today to try it out. It was excellent. The calamari for appetizer was not chewy. The salmon was a little over cooked on the end but the rest of it was excellent. I enjoyed the spinach and mash potatoes.
Derek was an excellent waiter. Ask for him when you go. The atmosphere was relaxed.
