Unfortunate to be this guy. I ordered a whole turkey, cranberry, cream cheese on honey wheat. I finished one half. Two bites into the second I took what turned out to be a very painful, sharp bite on my left back molar. I was positive a tooth broke, or something (I have no crowns or metal or anything in my mouth). There was a reflective, sharp metal shard in the back of my mouth. If there is security footage of the inside, I can almost promise you’ll see exactly when I took the bite and the immediate reaction by me and my friends. I was polite and brought it up to the staff. They refunded me for half a sandwich. Didn’t bother to look into it at all. I’m assuming it’s a metal shaving from the blades used for deli meats? Or from opening a can of cranberries? Either way, wild. My tooth has been sensitive in a very specific spot that it crunched on since. Here’s the best picture I took of the metal piece. 2 employees working saw it and said it looked like metal, with a “huh, weird reaction”.

I’ve been coming here for many years and, recently, they have lost attention to detail. I have ordered (and paid for) extra meat on my sandwiches for the last few times and they have not been adding it (but they have been happy to charge me).
