Villa has great pizza. But the service sucks. I ordered tonight and the guy who took my order was not capable of properly taking orders. I ordered a 14inch. And literally asked him what were their options for 2liter drinks. He began to go over the list of what he had. I stopped him to let him know which drink I was interested in adding to my order and after I finished my confirmation. He began to run the order back with no issues. The silly part was: He sends the driver without the soda because he completely bombed on actually adding the drink on to the subtotal. Thats not it…..the cherry on top was the spelling of Lafayette. He jotted down Laffette. Brother, all you had to do was look at your map! So I decided to call back to let him know of the issues. And he stated he would have his driver circle back to my house with the soda. Yet, he will charge the full $4.00 for the drink! Sir, you could have atleast knocked off .50 or a dollar. I didnt mess up my order you did. So now im waiting on his driver to finish the rest of his stops. In order to receive another drink. the pizza will be hard as a brick.

Staff is amazing and extremely helpful. My daughter can’t have dairy, so she got the wings. Instead of telling me they aren’t sure what contains dairy and what does not, the staff was very helpful in finding something for her to eat.

Usually good delivery pizza, been the go to for some time. Something changed in the quality. I called and TT an employee to let them know, and they didn’t seem to care. Just said yeah I don’t know. So I told him I’m telling you your crust is old and terrible, it’s like they re heated a pepperoni pizza and added my sausage. I wasn’t asking for anything, just sharing my experience.

I recently ordered a pizza sub and was given a specific time that it would be ready, I gave them extra time to prepare my food because I had to run errands. When I arrived, I stood at the counter when their employee talked on the phone with another customer, not acknowledging my presence and other employees moving around in the kitchen area (not cooking) also acting like I’m not there. Finally ole girl get off the phone and finished what she was doing then finally asked for the reason I was there! Now other employees are paying attention and gave me my food. No tip and may not be returning because I wasn’t pleased with the taste of the sub!

New in the neighborhood and we were dying to have some great pizza after living in a small rural town for three years. Villa did not disappoint, from the yummy Italian sausage to the crisp of the hand tossed crust, that had a wonderful pull and chew texture. We for sure look forward to ordering again.

One of the best pizza places in the area! Their food is always made from scratch and hand tossed, as opposed to the chain pizza places. Their cheese breadsticks are also covered in gooey cheese and have a wonderfully buttery flavor, Try them and you won’t be disappointed!
