Popped in for a quick lunch before taking the train back to Manhattan and glad we did! These sandwiches are humongous. Probably could have gotten away with splitting one for two people but happy I got to try two different sandwiches. The house made rosemary focaccia bread is absolutely phenomenal. Great price too for the Hamptons. I want to come back and try another and then see what the Pizzettas are all about.

I’ve been coming to Villa for 30 years for their signature “Villa Combo” sadly yesterday that ended when I saw they are now stuffing the sandwich with lettuce to make up for the meats that were once the primary. That’s right, you’re now paying $15 for a lettuce sandwich with a few slices of cold cuts and roasted peppers.

One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had- I ordered the Grilled Chicken Focaccia and it did not disappoint. The flavor and quality from the house made rosemary focaccia and smoked mozzarella pulled fresh that morning and tender marinated chicken made for the perfect lunch. I’ve been coming here since I was a shortie, so like 40 years. In between, I’ve traveled the world and enjoyed great food from diverse cuisines. BUT THE VILLA COMBO AT THIS PLACE IS UNMATCHED!!! I dare you to find a better sandwich. Even since the original family that owned this store sold it, the food quality has remained thank God. I’m telling you, everything in this store is good you can’t go wrong. Fair warning: you will hate every sandwich you eat after you experience the villa combo.
