The pizza was okayish but I probably wouldn’t have left the bad review if it wasn’t for the terrible customer service. The customer service is the front of a person’s business. The men were all working really hard and baking the pizzas but the women acted like they couldn’t stand to be there another second. Almost every person in America has worked a customer service job once in their lives. We all do what we can to get by, but atleast do it well. It will make your soul feel better. Most of the time if the food is okay but the customer service is great I am willing to give it another try but goodness not this time…

Usually not this harsh, but if I could leave a negative star review I would. The workers didn’t understand their own menu options, argued about it and then still messed up at the register. All that was actually the bright spot to the experience as the food was TERRIBLE. This cannot be emphasized enough, not one of the three of us could even finish what we way overpaid for. Do NOT choose this option when you’re stuck on the turnpike.

This place’s city baked is HORRIBLE and the attention of the lady that works there (today; Sept. 18, 2021 – 7:45PM ) was WORSE than the city baked.
On top of that I asked her for some grated Parmesan Cheese – since they ran out of it by the self service racks – and she said she doesn’t have more.
When she left the premises a gentleman – that also works there – got close to me and gave me what I asked for.

Terrible experience, made the line for a long time, it was 8:45 pm by the time we got to the front, just for the lady to tell us, we’re done, there’s no more pizza and we’re closed. With a terrible attitude, didn’t even say sorry, just made faces and gave us a bad look. Very disappointed.

We stopped at the service center for fuel and decided we would grab something to eat since it was convenient. The wife and I both decided on pizza. I got the pineapple and ham pizza. It was hot and fresh, thick crust and very filling. My wife got the pepperoni, which was a thin crust. She said it was delicious. A slice of pizza and a soda was $10.00. As far as pizza goes, I would give it a 7/10.

Slice of pizza goes for $5 dollars. Not a lot of variety within their “Buffet”. Customer service is a hit or miss, don’t be spooked if you end up paying double digits for two simple items.
