Villa Italian Kitchen was founded with one store, one family, and one concept in 1964 when our founder, Michele “Michael” Scotto brought his authentic old-world recipes from Naples, Italy to New York City. Michele’s commitment to hospitality, quality ingredients (like homemade dough, 100% whole milk mozzarella and fresh sauce), and the strict loyalty to his now famous recipes, built the business. Since our first Villa Pizza next to the CBS/Ed Sullivan Theater on Broadway, our commitment to quality and genuine hospitality remains the basis of our foundation.
Counter-serve pizza chain with traditional pies & slices, plus pasta & other Italian staples.

Very good cheese pizza. I ordered twice, first time I ordered a slice of cheese pizza, went back and ordered garlic bread but I didn’t get my pizza so I had to show my receipt because she forgot my pizza. Only one marinara sauce. Service not very welcoming.

I got a vegetarian flatbread and it was pretty good, slightly underdone in the middle but not terrible. But the experience itself is a 1 star. The lady at the counter barely SPOKE, I don’t care what language but she barely spoke at all! She nodded in my direction when it was my turn to order lol, I wasn’t sure if she was referring to me. She then said “yes” prompting me to order, I placed my order and she shouted something in another language, I don’t know what she shouted. I got to the cashier and the cashier also barely spoke, moved around in a very less enthusiastic manner and it showed. She told me the total, I paid and then waited. The employees all speak the same language so you’ll see them shouting and laughing at each other which is great but this leaves the customers so confused. My order came like 15-20 Minutes later and it was nice. Price is a little high for me but the seating area was nice!

I’m not exactly sure if the counter I bought from also belongs to Villa Italian a Kitchen or they’ve sublet half of the store to another company. But I am writing in reference to the counter opposite from where pizza is sold.
The food that was available was all stored prepacked in the fridge next to the counter at airport exorbitant prices for subpar food and quality.
Customer service was average to below average with what seemed like passive aggressive service. One moment there were smiles, and what felt like friendliness, and the next glares were received. It happened to the customer before me and then to me.
The atmosphere of the place wasn’t very comfortable or clean. The minimum was done to keep the place welcoming and clean.

Don’t do it! Do no fall for the “would you like to make it a combo (side/drink) with he so-called spaghetti was horrible (98%) pasta. The pizza was just ok, nothing to write home about and I would only get this again if I was starving and didn’t have any other option. HORRIBLE!!!!

One of the worst food i’ve ever had. They microwaved the pasta, meatballs and chicken. The food was still cold on the inside which is extremely unacceptable. The pizza is frozen and they only bake it in the ovens and call it a day. I would only eat those food out of survival needs. 10/10 WOULD NOT recommend this place ever in anyone’s lifetime.
