Villa Italian Kitchen was founded with one store, one family, and one concept in 1964 when our founder, Michele “Michael” Scotto brought his authentic old-world recipes from Naples, Italy to New York City. Michele’s commitment to hospitality, quality ingredients (like homemade dough, 100% whole milk mozzarella and fresh sauce), and the strict loyalty to his now famous recipes, built the business. Since our first Villa Pizza next to the CBS/Ed Sullivan Theater on Broadway, our commitment to quality and genuine hospitality remains the basis of our foundation.

Wish I could get my money back. $30 for some Mac and cheese with a sad excuse for a salad is way too much. It’s dry and flavorless. The service was extremely rude and pushy. The only thing it has going for it is the presentation of what’s on the menu, but it’s all a lie since everything tastes so bland. Too expensive for what little you get.

They refused to print my transaction receipt after requesting the receipt twice, which is suspicious to me. I normally am not picky about receipts but I needed one for a reimbursement for my job and unfortunately had to pay out of pocket instead. I will not be returning to this establishment. Horrible customer service, do not recommend.

i literally loved this place but the guy looks so miserable there. he didn’t even bother to greet us and walk up and ask what we wanted. he stood there at the cashier and we had to walk up to him and say we were ready. he was grumpy the whole time. they usually cut my pizza too but when i politely asked if he could cut my pizza in half he just handed me a plastic knife and didn’t say anything . he didn’t even speak to us at all. it just seemed like he wanted to get us out of here/: and i’ve worked in the fast food industry, retail and grocery so i understand it can be draining but you don’t have to give bad service
