Villa Italian Kitchen was founded with one store, one family, and one concept in 1964 when our founder, Michele “Michael” Scotto brought his authentic old-world recipes from Naples, Italy to New York City. Michele’s commitment to hospitality, quality ingredients (like homemade dough, 100% whole milk mozzarella and fresh sauce), and the strict loyalty to his now famous recipes, built the business. Since our first Villa Pizza next to the CBS/Ed Sullivan Theater on Broadway, our commitment to quality and genuine hospitality remains the basis of our foundation.
Counter-serve pizza chain with traditional pies & slices, plus pasta & other Italian staples.

My recent visit to Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen, located in the food court of Chandler Mall, was a blend of pleasant service and a somewhat underwhelming culinary experience. The standout aspect of this eatery is its staff. They were incredibly friendly, engaging, and efficient, ensuring our visit was comfortable and enjoyable.
As for the food, specifically the pizza, was a letdown considering the price point. It’s important to temper expectations as this mall food court establishment is not a standalone Italian restaurant. The pizza had a decent taste and an agreeable crust, but it didn’t strike me as extraordinary, especially given the cost. I expected more reasonable pricing in a mall setting, where quick service and convenience are key.
Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen offers an enjoyable service experience in the convenient setting of Chandler Mall’s food court. However, the pizza, while satisfactory in taste, felt overpriced for what you typically expect in a mall setting. It’s a decent choice for a quick, casual meal if you’re not concerned about the price.

I ordered a pan pizza got an “original.” Apparently the nice thick slices i was
looking at were special individual slices on top of that the pizza is not worth the money people. Greasy beyond belief. Costco does a better pizza fir HALF THE PRICE.

The best food! I ordered the Triple Play (lasagna, salad, and garlic bread) and it was chef’s kiss! The lasagna was perfectly layered, cheesy, rich, and full of flavor without feeling heavy. The salad was fresh and crisp with just the right amount of dressing, and the garlic bread was toasted golden with the most satisfying crunch. You can tell everything is made with love and quality ingredients.
My husband got a slice of pizza, and he couldn’t stop talking about how good it was. The crust was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and the flavor was spot on savory, cheesy, and seasoned just right. Portion sizes were perfect super satisfying without going overboard.
But what really made the experience was Oscar. You can feel the pride and passion he puts into this place.
We’ll definitely be back, and we’re already telling friends and family to check it out. If you’re in the area, make sure you stop by, you won’t regret it.

I used to be so excited to go to any Villa’s in any mall- but this one had such rude employees. They were making fun of me and my order in spanish (I ordered a lot because everything sounded good, and I wanted left overs for work). I mean, do you want me to spend my $25 somewhere else? Honestly I should have, not JUST due to the poor “customer service”, but also because the quality of the food has definitely gone down since I last had them. Not to mention all the excess grease I had to wipe off..
What a disappointment, no wonder they had no lines compared to all the other food options.

Do not go here! They price gouge! I bought a neo slice meal, a single pan slice, and wings. The neo slice meal is usually comes with a side and drink. I was charged for the pizza ($6.15) AND an addition combo meal charged as spaghetti sauce (even tho I didn’t get that) ($7.10), when I asked why I was charged for an additional meal they stated that is how they charge meals now. So you’re telling me I paid an additional $7 dollars for a regular soda and garlic knots? On top of a $6 dollars for a slice of pizza? And what did the prices say on the board? Nothing! They didn’t have prices listed, they are totally coming up with the prices on their own and upcharging their customers hoping they won’t look at their receipts! I always stopped by this pizza place whenever at the mall and never again will I go.

Me and my family are visiting out of town and decided to go see what was around the mall. We decided to grab some dinner. I chose the Villa Italian Kitchen because it’s Lent and don’t eat meat on Fridays. I grab a slice of cheese pizza and some noodles with sauce. When speaking to one of the staff members I said I wanted some noodles but she misunderstood which ones. I proceeded to tell her and she corrected me and told me this is what they considered noodles. I told her they were still noodles regardless. I was not rude about it just stating that they were still noodles. Her whole demeanor changed and she was rude after that. She proceeded to make fun of me in Spanish and mocking me. Making side comments while the other staff members laughed. I stood there listening while waiting for my food. I’m Mexican American and Spanish is my first language. I paid, thanked them and left. I would never treat someone like that especially right in their face at least have the decency to do it behind closed doors. The food was decent but I would never recommend this place ever.

Man the bread that comes with your pasta is disgusting man. It was dry, stale and tasted old. The pasta was cold on the bottom and the Cesar salad was drenched in dressing. I regret spending money here

So the pizza isn’t even under any heat trays which means that it just sits out and gets cold until someone orders it…. NOT OKAY
They purposely do not list their pricing, they charge 15$+ for each combo
The only reason I didn’t get sick is because it was busy enough for the pizza to rotate. The food was disgusting, the pizza was terrible and the pasta was very wet and watery
You will get sick and die if you eat here!!!!!
I spent over 35$ on 2 combos
