Villa Italian Kitchen was founded with one store, one family, and one concept in 1964 when our founder, Michele “Michael” Scotto brought his authentic old-world recipes from Naples, Italy to New York City. Michele’s commitment to hospitality, quality ingredients (like homemade dough, 100% whole milk mozzarella and fresh sauce), and the strict loyalty to his now famous recipes, built the business. From that first Villa Pizza that opened in 1964, next to the CBS/Ed Sullivan Theater on Broadway, to nearly 300 Villa Italian Kitchen restaurants later, our commitment to quality and genuine hospitality remains the basis of our foundation.

My family and I were enjoying a day of shopping, when our kids asked for pizza. I ordered two kids meal combos, and a value meal. The kids meals should have come with a drink, chips or a cookie. My husband ordered the mac and cheese as his side. The cashier asked what we wanted to drink and then walked away for 5 mins. We were left standing there while they took the next customers order and left us without drinks, sides or our pizza!! They then looked at us as if they had forgotten that we even ordered. There was a language barrier so I made sure to try and explain. They gave us 1 slice of pizza for the kids meal and told us to cut it!!! I didn’t get a receipt so I didn’t even know what I was charged for or if I was over charged. Very very very unhappy customer.

I’m not one to complain honestly, but I was served a pasta with a piece of hair and when I nicely told the girl working she said okay. And just threw the plate away. I paid $8 for a small plate and not even half of it was refunded to me.
