Villa Italian Kitchen was founded with one store, one family, and one concept in 1964 when our founder, Michele “Michael” Scotto brought his authentic old-world recipes from Naples, Italy to New York City. Michele’s commitment to hospitality, quality ingredients (like homemade dough, 100% whole milk mozzarella and fresh sauce), and the strict loyalty to his now famous recipes, built the business. Since our first Villa Pizza next to the CBS/Ed Sullivan Theater on Broadway, our commitment to quality and genuine hospitality remains the basis of our foundation.

Bad experience and rip off. Don’t fall for the “Any Two Large Pies for $36.30 scam. When you order at the front of the line, there and no details as to what’s excluded (see pic of sign). I pled my case that “Any 2 pies” means ANY 2 PIES! She said-“it has to be what’s pictured. (Cheese or pepperoni)” What should have cost $36 cost me over $50. Anyway, the restaurant doesn’t have a list of toppings, either. So you just have to think of what you want and hope they have it. This crew had a bad attitude today. But the line had 30-60 people and there were only 3 people staffed. Food quality was bland and lifeless. We ordered a pepperoni and a veggie and 6 drinks and it came to $78. The veggie was undercooked and underwhelming flavor wise. Domino’s serves delicious pizzas brimming with flavor for 1/2 this price. They barely put any veggies on that pie, so I paid $20 for a few pieces of bell pepper and onion. The receipt has no info to provide feedback. All of this points to the owners. They don’t care. They don’t want to know. They just want you to pay and leave. Stay away from this place.

The Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen, in the Riverwalk Food Court, is surprisingly good, hot Italian food served hot and quick. Not gourmet Italian of course but very good. The staff or friendly and helpful and they have a wide selection of dishes.

Insane staff. Couldn’t be slower and cut the pizza with their eyes closed. They ripped the middle with the tongs and burnt the bottom of the crust putting it back in the oven..(no other customers had their slice put back in the oven ). Only eat here if you have too.

Pizza wasn’t even warm. Side pasta was so hot I can only imagine it was microwaved. Side pasta had 2 tiny pieces of chicken in the alfredo. I was here once before and had a similar experience. Would not recommend this location.

The male associate had his shirt lifted up in the front, as well as, the back asking another co-worker to scratch his back. This happened on the front line in front of customers. Then he poceeded to “holla” at young ladies passing by. Poor customer service and Absolutely inappropriate behavior!!! The pizza looked old… my children didn’t even want to eat it.
