Villa Italian Kitchen was founded with one store, one family, and one concept in 1964 when our founder, Michele “Michael” Scotto brought his authentic old-world recipes from Naples, Italy to New York City. Michele’s commitment to hospitality, quality ingredients (like homemade dough, 100% whole milk mozzarella and fresh sauce), and the strict loyalty to his now famous recipes, built the business. Since our first Villa Pizza next to the CBS/Ed Sullivan Theater on Broadway, our commitment to quality and genuine hospitality remains the basis of our foundation.
Counter-serve pizza chain with traditional pies & slices, plus pasta & other Italian staples.

Was very disappointed in my experience. I’m only here for a layover and have limited time so I selected something quick and usually decent. They had no salads. Looked at me so confused when I asked for it. Was going to settle for pasta but it looked like it had been sitting out for days. Mushy and hard at the same time, which is honestly impressive. Then finally, the soda machine is broken. At this point I wanted to just go to the McDonald’s next door but they already cooked my slice. The slice I did get was semi cold and overly salty. Disgusting really. But I needed to eat. I hope it doesn’t upset my stomach on my flight. It’s likely I won’t eat at Villa Pizza again, even if my options are limited. Would give negative stars if possible and will discouraged others from eating this garbage.

For the price and the speed of getting the food in combination with the service, I’d have to give it a 4/5. I would have 100% went to a Chick-fil-A or other place, but when you only have 10 minutes before boarding, this place still fills the stomach.

Bought a meal at 6.22am in Atlanta airport. Concourse E.
Asked for a slice of pizza with salad combo. The guy said there was no salad. No apology, nothing. I get the feeling he just couldn’t be bothered to make salad. There was only pasta and meatballs which looked as though they had been out for ages.
I asked for Root beer. First he placed the cup under the fountain then forgot it. I had to ask for my drink. He started pouring it then said the Root beer wasn’t working!! He obviously hadn’t topped up the syrup.
Lucky I felt the box before I left.I had to ask him to heat the pizza as it was cold.
The guy spent the whole time he was serving me looking over my shoulder to what was interesting him on the food court.
If I could give minus stars I would. Waste of money.

If I could give negative stars I would. This place is terrible. The food is disgusting. I almost threw it away after the cashier sneezed near it I was so horrified. My kids ate one bite of pizza and decided it was too horrible to eat. It was a waste of $30 for utter garbage. In addition, while we were paying, the cashier stopped checking us out (despite a long line) and called a girl over to get her number to put into his phone. Of the top worst experiences in dining I have had this is the worst. I will be calling the health department on this place.

Disgusting you will get sick, the person cutting the food also handle dirty coins with his own hands before serving this is the e-mail I sent the health department (Hi, my name is Rojae brown. Me and my wife was traveling in the airport at hartsfield Jackson airport. We were about to get pizza at the restaurant villa pizza, but I refused to accept the pizza because the same glove that was being used to handle the dirty coins, were also being used to serve the pizza. So we went to the restaurant next door, to qdoba Mexican grill, then it seemed like one of the employee at this restaurant as we were ordering the food. Place his sweaty arm over the food my wife ordered. Then the person handling thr pizza from the restaurant. Villa pizza gave me the middle finger. Showing that he was angry at me for leaving the pizza. I strongly believe he cause the situation with my wife food to happen. The way that the food is being handled is not clean at both these places and needs to be check. With all of the illnesses growing. This and the careless attitude and behavior and lack of compassion to people consuming food. Is a danger. )

I had a layover and wanted something quick. The pizza I got took forever to “warm up” because they forgot about it. When I asked the guy if the pizza was burnt he said laughing “uhh I mean yea”. Customer service was terrible here.

Service is horrible, the person behind counter doesn’t make eye contact, makes you wait over 15 minutes to then tell you he doesn’t know who is next. Cleanliness is questionable since they don’t change their gloves often. After all the waiting we didn’t receive service.

This was worse place to eat pizza. It took hour to get pizza and when i try to eat it felt like i was eating raw dough and after few chews it also felt like chewing gum of cheese that i had to remove and throw. I would recommend never get pizza from here. I would have checked people’s review before ordering. Never ever from this place unless they improve customer service and food quality.

The food was served quickly and was filling considering the size of the slice. The price was a bit high (almost 6 dollars for the meat lovers I ordered) but the quality was decent and I was left feeling full. If you’re here, you can do much worse based on the other nearby options.

Expensive for what you get. But it’s an airport, they know you have less choice and can hold you hostage. They ran out of Za when I got there and took 30 mins to get more goin. Nothing special but serviceable if you want Za, not justified by the price.
