Really disappointed with my experience here. The biggest issue was the flan — it contains alcohol, and that isn’t listed anywhere on the menu. I only found out after tasting it and asking, and the response I got was basically, “We’ve always made it that way,” with a tone that felt dismissive.
Alcohol has no place in a dessert like flan without clear disclosure. It’s not standard, and people deserve to know what’s in their food — especially folks who avoid alcohol completely or parents who don’t want their kids eating it. The apology didn’t feel like they understood how serious that is for some people.
I also had the chicken super burrito, and it missed the mark for me. It was huge and heavy, but the flavors weren’t great. The nacho cheese on top was a strange choice, the lettuce inside threw off the texture, and even the guacamole was pretty bland.
There are plenty of great Mexican options in the area — Sunshine Market, Ray Ray’s Tacos, Puerto Vallarta Market, Pacifico in Calistoga — so I’ll be sticking with those. Transparency and good food matter, and this experience fell short on both.

What a cute place. What makes it special is the quality of the food, the actively engaged owner, his friendly efficient staff, and the charming artwork from his children from when they were little (they’re grown now) and other patrons’ kids under glass at each table. He truly cares about quality of food and service and one of the children drew him in a cape as “burrito man” of which he is understandably proud. Charming place with good food, quick friendly service, and low prices on a nice walking around shopping strip in lovely St Helena.

First off the service here is top notch! Very kind and helpful staff. The fish in the fish taco tasted really fresh. And it was loaded. So much so that I shared some of the toppings with the less than loaded prawn taco. Both were tasty. The chips and salsa on the other hand… if I need to pay for chips and salsa at a Mexican restaurant I would hope that they are REALLY good. These were pretty standard. They were my only complaint of what was otherwise a good experience.

Mexican food in the streets of napa valley. The place is decorated like your typical mexican store, full with colourful decoration and the food was delicious. We ordered just the burritos and we receive more than we expected. Great food, great staff!
