Pre ordered the rueben bomb . It was coming hot out of the oven as I arrived to pick it up.
Tasted real good with plenty of cheese the way I like it . Everyone was super friendly and helpful.
You owe it to yourself to try this place.
They have doughnuts, cookies, banana breads all kinds of salads like potato salad
And all kinds of pasta salads.
To sum it up in one word YUM. The price of 9.50 is not bad for the amount of meat and cheese they put in their sandwiches and stromboli.

Drove from Brownstown to try the V Mart Sandwich, and was totally not disappointed!! They got it right! The staff were extremely nice. I will definitely be back and will have to get more than 3 sandwiches next time for sure!!!

I had lived in Garden City for 9 years, never tried this place till recently. I saw lots of hype on FB about the cookies and the various pizza rolls. I bought just a few things to try. First and foremost, the different pizza breads were out of this world, never better, and the garlic Parmesan one is over the top delicious The donuts are good, not the best but good. The cookies well, they are similar to many Christmas cookies out there, definitely good, but nothing over the top. The slice of pizza was really good and can’t beat $2.25 when it practically fills the large carryout box. Potato salad, very delicious. The staff, very efficient and friendly. I did not like that they have an option to tip when you pay…This is a bakery and although it’s becoming more and more popular, I disagree with that. I would definitely go back and also highly recommend pizza slices and their delicious pizza breads as they are off the charts delicious. I will pass on the cookies because they were just standard in my opinion. Overall rating 4/5 Good job folks!

Edit—the owners daughter reached out to us and has rectified the situation. She was very kind and gracious. She made it right and that’s all we could ask for.

We drove all the way from Monroe to grab some V Mart subs. The woman behind the deli counter was rude and dismissive. She slammed the subs down so hard they fell off the front of the counter. She didn’t apologize or make a move to pick them up. She was mad because my brother wanted 5 subs and I wanted 5 subs. I didn’t think the 5 sub limit applied to different households. We were so excited to come up and try the subs we’ve heard such rave reviews about. Sadly we will never return. I don’t care how amazing the subs are. In hindsight we should’ve just walked out. You cannot treat people like that and expect to be successful.

Wow. This place is grossly over hyped. The pizza rolls are terrible. All bread, no filling. The cannoli wasnt anything to write home about. The cookies are average at best. I tried it a few times and everytime was underwhelming. The pazckis i tried last year were a disappointment.. specifically the cannoli ones… which were tasteless compared to others I’ve tried. How this place wins awards is beyond me. The locals must have terrible taste.

Bread always fresh and lasts awhile on the counter. Sweet treats are mouthwatering and other customers are friendly and smiling. Attire purchasable and good Michigan wine. Gotta try the pizza rolls. The line moves quickly.

The prices have gone up and the food quality keeps going down. Drove out of my way this morning to get a pizza bread and a u bake pizza. I guess if you go to early you get their old stuff. The pizza bread wasn’t fresh, it was definitely from yesterday. When I went to make my pizza for dinner I noticed the crust was pretty hard and crusty like it was old dough. $13.99 for a nasty old bake it yourself pizza you’ve got to be kidding me. I’m done with this place, always keep trying them and nothing ever improves. Extremely overpriced and disappointing!

I have loved this place for close to 20 years. The pizza breads are amazing on most occasions. But, last time we paid $1.50 extra for each Asiago cheese version that we got, and they barely had any Asiago cheese on them. I’m guessing it was due to being there so close to closing time that I didn’t get great effort from the staff. The last time I bought these, they were covered in cheese that was slightly melted. Overall disappointed from the service, even though they still tasted good.

It gets 5 stars because the pizza breads are that good as are the ladies working there. But the owner needs to hire more people or something. Saturday 24 people in the line while 1 poor girl is taking all the orders running around losing her mind. Took 35 minutes to walk in and get 1 pizza bread. If you’re in a time crunch don’t bother

I don’t know what was worse, the blonde ladies attitude or the paczki’s, these were some of the driest, cakiest, most disgusting sinkers they call paczki’s we tried 3 of them, cherry, raspberry, and chocolate “mousse” The mousse was simply just a gritty too sweet dense frosting, andy the cherry tasted like cough syrup. The subs were OK and those were the best thing we ate.
The blonde lady was just rude, the people in there were also rude, and everything was plain terrible, will not be returning, ford road has a MUCH better italian bakery
