Celebrated my birthday here with a before weeks ago. The process to get in is quick and the staffs are very accommodating. There’s 2 of us and we only paid for the price of 1 because it was my birthday. Moving to the food options — there are a variety of options and the restaurant itself is not crowded despite of many people at that time. I personally liked their sweet lemon pepper fish. — it honestly tasted like chicken that I thought it was chicken. It was located near the dimsum area just along the spare ribs and chicken.
I also love their sushi rolls — there are a lot of variety as well and my friend and I tried it all. Although you have to wait for their tempura, it tasted bland. Different from the tempura at restos.
The spareribs was cold but it was okay. The roasted chicken was bland and malangsa. The lechon kawali was ok but nothing special. They also have a grilling station you just need to leave it to the chef assigned and provide your table number — they will serve it to your table.
I love their chocolate cake though. Moist and creamy. Overall, It is a good experience.

I celebrated my birthday at Vikings and it was a wonderful experience. The food selection was extensive and every dish was flavorful and freshly prepared.
The staff were very accommodating and even made my celebration special with a birthday song and treat (they even allow me to take out my cake.) Also, shoutout to the corporate chef, sir Nick! ✨
The overall ambiance was warm and festive, perfect for gatherings and special occasions. (The only branch na hindi crowded and need to wait)

The buffet trays at the SM BF branch were frequently empty, and we had to wait quite a while for refills—especially the tempura. The food servers were not welcoming and didn’t smile. The food itself was disappointing and would only rate one star. Overall, it’s not a buffet I would recommend.

If you care about quality of ingredients or execution and cooking skill, stay far away.
We sampled broadly from every section. To a dish, it was all bottom tier ingredient quality and laziest possible cooking. Sahara dry chicken, over boiled pastas, bottom tier sushi, cheapest possible desserts, and not a single dish with real cream or cheese in the entire building.
They are very much hitting a price and quality point, and it is “so bad people will stop eating while they’re still hungry and save us money.”
I’ve eaten SO many meals for half the price that were ten times as good, and literally left hungry and disgruntled that I’d wasted a meal here, when essentially anywhere else would have been a better choice on both price and quality.

The variety of food can be a bit overwhelming—there’s so much to choose from, but we usually end up sticking to 4 or 5 favorites. The food quality is decent overall. Still, this has become our go-to spot for team dinners because of the convenience and wide selection
