Got mango habanero tenders and they were some.of the best I’ve ever had. Crispy breading but soft inside. Sweet but hot. There was live music playing that Saturday night and they rocked. Everyone was super friendly.

It was a quiet day so soon before Christmas. There was a private event downstairs. The facility was spacious and the seating comfortable and plentiful. Our server was the best. Attentive, and sweet. She made an excellent vodka cranberry (which some bars can’t do right believe it or not). The facility looked brand new and was very attractive. There was a beautiful display of TVs at the extensive bar. Yet it was quiet enough to talk comfortly. The bathrooms were like the Taj Mahal. I didn’t get to eat food but I imagine it would be delicious because the smells were wonderful. I drove an hour away to meet a friend, and I would return again and again.

Always great. One unpleasant bartender, same one as always. She’s only friendly with regulars. I hear other people saying the same thing when we’re there.

Newly, beautifully renovated restaurant/bar, it is more a Family/Community Restaurant. Immaculately clean establishment, this is the place to bring the whole family. The View Street Tavern offers spatial areas to have community events, association, and club get-togethers, etc. The restaurant has a variably changing menu that caters to all…as well as a bar, pool tables, and a beautiful vista of the Connecticut Valley. Situated in a nice neighborhood, in an uncrowded area, it offers free parking to patrons. The chef provides excellently prepared food and the bar provides any kind of mixed drink. A bar counter is provided for food and drink while watching TV sports if that is of interest. Bring your friends and family. You won’t be disappointed. Upstairs is The Loft Comedy Club for adults that want some local entertainment.

Michelle is such a wonderful person, bartender and accommodating host. We are so appreciative of her help setting up for our son’s baptism luncheon. The food was delicious, the bar is spacious, there are tons of tvs to watch Sunday football, plenty of parking and a beautiful viewing deck with seating area to enjoy. So happy with our experience there.

This is a great venue to see small concerts. The bar wasn’t fully stocked. They ran out of olives. Parking was extremely difficult because of the turnout.

I haven’t actually been INSIDE this place with its current owners, so i can’t speak to that, but I visit the grounds often because it’s just BEAUTIFUL! A wonderful place to stop by and just collect yourself looking out at the beautiful view! I’ve heard good things about the business itself, but can’t speak personally on it. Although I have peeked inside and it looks pretty nice and fancy inside! On my TO DO LIST for sure!

This was our first time here. We came to watch some stand up comedy. We had a good time. The show was in the loft area upstairs. They had food options and a number of beers and mixed drinks. I will come back again.
