Was feeling sick and wanted hot broth to warm me up. I asked for samples of the pho broth and bun bo hue (spicy lemongrass beef) broth and they kindly obliged. Ended up ordering the bun bo hue with extra chili oil and was pleasantly surprised they threw in a small container of shrimp paste that made it feel very authentic. All the meats were extremely tender as well!

Their spring rolls are terrible. The filling was just chopped iceberg lettuce, rice noodles, and stale, overdone tofu. It wasn’t even close to a real Vietnamese spring roll. The tofu was so hard and dry, it felt like I was eating a brick. Paid $8 but was a complete waste of money.

I went to try and new place for Pho and I was actually excited to try me and my daughter. I ordered the build your own Pho and it was nasty. 0/10. I ordered the white meat and it taste like it’s been boiled for so long that the chicken was dry and chewy, then when I asked for my meat to be replaced she added dark meat into the bowl with the white meat. I realized my veggies weren’t in my bowl that I asked for. I also ordered a spring roll, it was nothing but salad cut up mixed with rice in the noodle wrap. I wasted $42 on this nasty food. I will not be returning, I’m just going to stick with my ramen.

Ordered vegetarian broth with tofu and mixed veggies – only pho option without meat! The broth was amazing, so flavorful even though it was clear. and the chill oil enhanced the flavors and experience. Great for vegans and vegetarians.

The best pho I have had in three different states. Had the beef brisket with beef broth. The brisket was so tender and broth had wonderful flavor. Wished they would had added a bit more bean sprouts. But when the both is too good, i guess it just doesn’t matter. Husband had the Bahn mi and really enjoyed it.

Would get 5 stars is that hadn’t kept me waiting, didn’t ping the buzzer when it was ready, then got my order wrong.
Someone did fix the issue pretty quickly. Overall, would recommend for the food

We had a great experience at Vietvana. The food is fresh and they serve pretty quickly. It’s always a fun stop when exploring around Ponce city market. Their bahn mi sandwiches are delicious and I love the fact that they actually use pâté which a lot of places never even bother to use. It enhances the sandwich experience to astronomical levels. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a lighter bite and want something fresh.

SO many options in Ponce Market. Since I adore Pho and it was cold and windy outside… I needed something to warm myself up and settled on Pho. Service was slow and my the friendliest. I wish I had read through the reviews first! The broth was SO sweet that I quit eating it halfway through. I would never purchase Pho there again.

Been going here for a long time and every time it’s amazing. Used to come for lunch when I worked at ponce and the staff were always very friendly. Food is very good I love the chicken pho ( I always get the same thing). Would definitely recommend going here.
