WORST Vietnamese Sub possible! Horrible customer service upon complaint! The only Vietnamese food I have ever eaten that WAS not a delight. I think Vietnamese, I think fresh, crisp veggies and tasty meat. What I got, a huge loaf bun oozing with mayonnaise. All I could taste was mayonnaise, so I disected the sandwich. They use shredded chicken, I was able to dig out at most 5 small shards of chicken, at most 1oz if chicken in entire huge sub. The carrot and bun surface was gelatinous with mayo. I wound up consolidating the tiny portion of chicken with some cilantro and cucumber on a small piece of bread. I am on Day 14 as patient at Kelowna General Hospital and this was to be a huge treat for me. When I phoned to advise on quality, I shared the facts, was not yelling and in stead of an apology, or any attempt what do ever to recover my experience, the lady hung up on me!!!!!! What???? Big mistake. I am now back in my hospital bed with nothing but time to share my experience!

had the rare beef pho ( large ) as a takeout.. it was great. The broth and beef came in a microwavable container with a lid. the basil, cilantro, sprouts, and i think rice noodles came in ziploc bags. They included hoysin sauce, schiracha, chopsticks, and a disposable flat soup spoon thing for $18.xx ( the small size is about $13.xx ) after taxes. The tables and a few booths are packed into a very small space which is too small for some but just right for others.. i liked it.

It’s a good small little restaurant. Good pho but the broth is not clean. Also, usually house special has rare beef but there was none here. If the broth is cleaner, I’d become a regular. The portion is a bit small too. The menu is also quite hard to read

Amazing food the spring rolls are to die for you will crave them for life. Cozy atmosphere great service. I can’t rave enough about the food. I hope you check this place out! She always remembers my order even if I haven’t been in months!

My husband and I have become regulars and Kim ( the co-owner with her chef spouse) is unfailingly pleasant and accommodating, always remembers our ‘usual’. Not all Vietnamese restaurants use gluten-free rice wrappers on their spring rolls. These are like candy so crisp and chewy. Salads are always fresh and the food is high quality. This cafe is a bit of a best kept secret but won’t be for long.

This is the second time we have ordered delivery from here. Large Pho and a Bahn Mi.
The pho is fantastic, the flavors are amazing. However for a large it’s not that large.
The bahn mi is always a hit with my husband.

Grabbed take out for my long drive home and wanted to have dinner for my family. The pho was fine for my daughter but not very much chicken. The beef and pork subs hand next to nothing for meat and barely any veggies. The sub was mostly sauce and bread.

Might be the best restaurant I’ve ever been to with really delicious, healthy and healing food for a great value. It was so nice to be able to ask for a side of warm broth to go with the rice and tofu. A lot of people seem to agree that this place is the best because it looked like they were returning very regularly.

Great lunch stop. Service was friendly, food was fast and fresh. I’m Gluten Free and the menu was easy for me to navigate in making decisions and the waitress was also very helpful. I had a delicious deep fried spring roll (GF!) noodle bowl and Vietnamese coffee. Will absolutely be coming back next time I swing through.
