I’ve been coming here with my family for over 20 years this place has the best Vietnamese food of all time. It is so fresh authentic and flavorful. The hospitality is also amazing. The quality is always top notch. Every item on the menu is amazing.

Got pho, yellow noodle wonton and the shrimp/chicken Vietnamese crepe. All was very good. Not the best I have ever have but solid and good value.

The Jasmine tea was perfect for a cold winter date with my husband. I enjoyed delectable chicken with snow peas and rice; he had the chicken on rice noodle plate. Delicious and definitely will dine again. Wonderful staff and service. Thank you!

I have been going to this restaurant my whole life. I love love love love love love The Vietnam Restaurant. One thing about them is their consistency. The food is always fresh, flavors are incredible and the service is great. My favorite place for Pho and trust me I have tried them all around. I wish they were on UberEats because I would be ordering 2x a week 🙂

Such a great atmosphere! Kim becomes your best friend the moment you walk in, 10/10. Go check them out :)! We’ll be stopping by any time we’re in town.

Unfortunately, the worst bun bo hue I’ve had in the states to date. Flavorless broth. Lack of variety in meat cuts for a BBH. Lack of flavors paired with BBH. Lemongrass, pineapple, bone Broth etc. For $16. Would not recommend.

It is mediocre. It’s good if you’ve never had Vietnamese food and ok with a diluted version of it.
I ordered the Bun Bo Hue (Beef soup from Hue). The flavoring of the soup was not quite there and tasted a little bland. Didn’t have the right herbs to add in, but at least half of them were there. Also got vermicelli spring rolls and they were also just ok.
I ate all the food though because I was hungry. At the end of the day it’s not terrible. Good for Connecticut standards, below average compared to other states.
I took it to go. The outdated decor makes the vibe a little depressing though.
Service was good.

The Vietnamese food is so authentic and flavorful. My favorite place for Shrimp triangle eggrolls and garlic beef sticks. The owner and staff are very friendly, welcoming, and appreciative of customers. There are sitting areas outside to enjoy the weather and watch passerby. I’ve been coming here for decades and will be getting food there today.

The food was disgusting, tasteless, more like hospital food for a sick person. I will never go there again or recommend this place
