Fantastic place. Every time we go, everything is professional and pleasant.
The food is consistently great. The San Choy Bow in particular is amazing. The prices are fair, especially for the big portions you get.
The service is also great. They always make sure everything is good without you saying a word. The staff is always smiling, and will make anyone feel better if they visit.
The atmosphere is really warm. The place is clean, comfortable and peaceful.
Definitely recommend!

My husband and I took our son here for lunch. He was over from the UK. Unfortunately we were so busy talking and eating our meals that we forgot to take photos of our delicious meals! I found the servings quite big for me but thankfully I was given a container and a bag to take it home. I enjoyed it the following night. The lady who served us was friendly, polite and helpful. Thank you would recommend to others.

Recently visited this Vietnamese restaurant in Fortitude Valley, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The place is quite large and spacious, making it comfortable for a relaxed meal. The staff were friendly and nice.
The food was above average, though I’m not entirely sure if it was authentic Vietnamese cuisine. I would recommend trying the fish and pork claypot, it’s something I hadn’t tried before and found quite impressive. The red curry chicken was another highlight, though the flavor reminded me more of Thai cuisine than Vietnamese. Regardless, it paired perfectly with steamed rice.
On the downside, I wouldn’t recommend the soft shell crab, the sauce had a sweet and sour taste that didn’t quite match the crab.
I don’t often find myself in Fortitude Valley, but this restaurant is a solid choice if you’re undecided on where to eat in this area.

Overall, the ambiance and food were quite good; however, I would like to bring a concern regarding the service. During my visit, I encountered some issues with the attention and behavior of a particular waitress. (See photos)
Her attitude towards customers seemed somewhat impolite and rushed, which made the dining experience less enjoyable. She was rude and talked to customers in a disrespectful way.
It would be beneficial for the overall customer satisfaction if the staff could be trained in providing a more friendly and attentive service.
I believe this restaurant has great potential, and with a few improvements in the service aspect, it could offer an even more exceptional dining experience to your customers.

First time attending this place with a few friends. We ordered grilled pork spare ribs, grilled rack, grilled duck and grilled beef in shrimp paste. We were warned that the lamb would be quite rare, and that the grilled dishes would generally take a while. The waitress certainly wasn’t wrong! It took almost an hour and when the dishes came out, the grilled pork and lamb was super dry. The lamb was returned but we were not able to return the pork as the chef said there was still some “juice”.
I explained that we could barely cut the pork as it was that dry (pictures below) but it was still returned back to us.
The other dishes were average and generally small portions for the price paid.
Only good thing about this place was the service. Staff were quite friendly and we felt sorry to put her in such a difficult position. If it wasn’t for the service, I would only give a 1 star rating.

Our group really enjoyed our Thursday lunch at Vietnamese House! My chicken curry was delicious! However much smalĺer than other dishes! The spring roll was crunchy & the dim sum was very tasty! THE CRISPY CHICKEN WAS BEAUTIFUL TOO! I highly recommend the $13.00 lunch! Great fast service as well! Well a year later my group went again. My beef satay was awesome. My friend was allergic to onions & he ordered another meal & I enjoyed his basil & chilli beef.
