Located in a strip mall right next to Buc-ee’s. Bright and clean in there. Greeted with a smile. The food is Fresh and Delicious!
Med spice for the curry was very tolerable. If you like spice, go a level higher. Generous amount of chicken with veggies!
The pork dumplings were on special and soaked in a hot chili sauce. So soft with just the right amount of chew to them. Melt in your mouth.
This is the kind of place that if you finish all your food, you still feel healthy and not bogged down.

First time here & we will def be here again. Our server K was great, patient with our questions and his suggestions were BOMB!! Food was amazing & service was quick & prices are affordable as well. 10/10, we will see you soon. (I’m so mad i didn’t get to take pictures). We had the appetizer tray, my kids enjoyed the Shrimp Pho, my husband had a beef and rice dish & I had curry beef AMAZING!!

I use to do take out for pho, egg rolls and beef vermicelli all the time here and unfortunately they changed the portion size and recipe. I had 5 slivers of round steak in my pho and 8 slivers of beef in the vermicelli and it normal longer comes with an egg roll. Spent $40 for 2 meals.

Service has been great everytime I’ve gone. I got the chicken pho. Its was nice and hot when served and the broth was delicious. Everytime im in the Katy area ill always eat here.

Friendly and kind staff, excellent food and quick service. We had the pork bahn mi, egg rolls, pork and jasmine rice entree, fresh lemonade, and Vietnamese iced coffee. Everything was perfection; would highly recommend!

I get so excited when i have a variety of food in one plate. I came hungry and ordered jasmine rice with grilled pork,steamed pork cake and pork chop ofcourse, i left nothing on my plate! it was an amazing treat to my growling tummy! My husband also enjoyed his pho, warmth to his belly. Staff was very attentive and professional. Im so glad we discovered this bistro, first time here and i can’t wait to come back! …But!!! 2hrs after, definitely had to come back, wish it was to dine again but we accidentally left our card thanks to the staff for keeping it safe

We stopped by on a Monday night. There were two other tables already dining when we arrived. The waitress greeted us right away and took our drink order right after we sat down. We had an order of the spicy pork dumplings to start. The texture was excellent and the flavor was just right. Definitely recommend ordering them. For our meal we both got the Pho with round steak and lean well done brisket. I squeezed some siracha and added some fresh jalapenos and a squeeze of lime. It was piping hot with fantastic flavor. The decor was rather plain although the light fixtures were nice and they had 3 TV’s playing different video loops. It’s in a strip center so hard to make the space stand out. Our check came out to $38 which included two Cokes. I would definitely recommend giving it a try! Plus it’s right next door to Buc-ees!

Had really high expectations because of the reviews and they really nailed it. Customer service is so good & the servers are super nice. I had the beef fresh rolls. And the “ Ca Ri Ga” it was a soup with chicken and veggies. The broth sooooooo good. Creamy, tangy and sweet. It hit the spot. Definitely want to come back and try the rest of the menu. The Vietnamese coffee was not too strong or too sweet. It was perfect!!
