Visited today with my wife, we had Beef Pho, Pork Nem (spring rolls), Lemon Grass chicken with rice. Forget the other Asian takeaways in carlisle, this place is absolute fire .
Pricing is spot on for what you get, the service is great. Polite, friendly and efficient.
Everything is made fresh in front of you.
The bubble tea is delicious too. We had Matcha and Taro. The matcha was mild and fragrant, the Taro punchy and sweet.
We will be back, and if you’re reading this, give them a go if you haven’t already, you won’t be disappointed.

Fab place tucked into a corner in the middle of Carlisle we had the Chicken Pho and the Beef Pho and a bubble tea each.The Pho broth was excellent and very filling and moreish. The lady who served us and prepared our food was lovely and we will definitely be back for more.

I can guarantee that their tapioca boba are the most authentic Taiwanese boba milk tea. Since I was disappointed with the boba milk tea shop in the shopping mall, I had to look for another tea shop. I was surprised by their boba milk tea. Very delicious, the tea was good as well. it is convenient to pay by credit card, I will try their Vietnamese pho next time.

It was my first time eating here today and it did not disappoint! I had the BBQ Pork & Vermicelli dish and it was cooked to perfection, very tasty. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Looking forward to visiting again to try their coffee and boba tea!

The pork summer rolls are honestly one of the tastiest foods you can get in Carlisle. The prawn ones are also absolutely smashing. Very reasonably priced, made fresh in front of you. Really really lovely! Can’t wait to go back and have the mango salad!
