i’ve been here twice before writing this review. the first time i got takeout and ordered at the counter. we got a banh mi, 2 noodle bowls, and bao with tofu to try out their vegan options! everything was delicious, especially the noodle bowl. i loved how they made the tofu–it was perfectly crispy on the outside!
the second time i ordered delivery with the exact same items; however, 3/4 of the items received had egg, fish, and likely dairy that were not easily removable from the dishes, which was an issue because we are vegan.
i do enjoy the food and it is very tasty, but i would not recommend eating here if you have severe allergies, intolerances, or other dietary restrictions.

Viet-Nomz Waterford was my self-care pick for trying something new on Saturday, January 10, 2026, and I’m so glad I found it!
I actually discovered this spot on TikTok and decided to check it out. When I arrived, I ordered the chicken broth pho with two proteins chicken and beef plus a side of spring rolls. I sat down to wait, and my food came out in about two minutes, which was impressive. The restaurant wasn’t busy when I arrived, so I was able to enjoy a table to myself, though it did start filling up shortly after.
I started with the spring rolls, and they were freshly fried and delicious not sitting out at all. Then came the soup, which was so good. I really liked that they have a herb bar, where you can customize your pho with herbs, bean sprouts, hot sauce, and other toppings. Once I adjusted everything to my preferred heat level, the soup was perfect and very flavorful.
As for the ambience, it’s a small location but clean and well maintained. The staff was attentive, quick to clean tables as soon as guests left, and helpful when explaining anything I needed to know.
Will I return? Absolutely. Next time, I’ll try a different protein and likely switch to the beef broth instead of chicken. Overall, this location gets a 5 out of 5 from me. Everything was really good, and I’ll definitely be back!

Food: The food is delicious! Also, their portions are quite large. I tend to always order extra food at other places, but do not make the mistake I did here. When I ordered extra noodles during a previous visit, they did not mess around, and they gave me a whole large tub of extra noodles. I love that they give you both quality and quantity for what you pay.
Service: Everyone is so friendly, even when it is busy. I have been to the Waterford location more than 5 times and never had an issue with service. They have no issues answering any questions regarding their items.
Atmosphere: It is a small but pleasant environment. It is definitely not a quiet place, but it is a lot of fun for friends. There are no steps, so wheelchair access is great. It is a bit chilly inside, so I recommend bringing a light jacket.

I visited this place when I first came to orlando and it left me an impression I’ll never forget. The place may look small but when you enter, Its a whole experience. The staff are friendly, helpful and patient with you while you order. The food itself is is another level. Definitely get some Pho, you won’t regret it. Tofu here is also on point, which can be tough to find in most places. The atmosphere is fun, lively and great for hanging out and enjoying eachothers company. Overall great place, had to return!
