There were six of us and we all had a pretty good idea of what we wanted to try. I had the Pho Ga (chicken), the ear ordered Pho brisket, chicken & rice, egg roll vermicelli, bahn mi, pork “burger” (mini bahn mi), Thai tea with boba and with out, pork spring rolls, and a traditional Korean corn dog. I loved my Pho Ga! Lots of flavor and so many veggies and chicken. I really liked the spring rolls as well with the peanut sauce. I think I just order well because everyone else just said meh. They also made a mistake and put an extra $130 Al there abouts on the bill. Thank goodness one of the women in the kitchen questioned that order of 8! Yes 8! Brisket Pho. The prices are reasonable and the selection of tea is very good. If you are passing by or live close it’s is worth a stop, but we drove 45 minutes and I would not again. The restaurant was super clean and staff attentive, a rat place to go with a group.

Great food and teas!!! My personal favorites are the creme brulee drinks and the veggie banh mi. That plant-based meat they have inside of it is soooo good. Everything I’ve tried has been delicious!! I’m grateful that there is still plenty to eat if you’re vegetarian! I come here whenever I can. The prices are good too.

My friend and I tried Paris Banh Mi and absolutely loved everything we ordered: spring rolls, egg rolls, bao bun, grilled pork banh mi, bun bo hue, and a lychee slush. Everything was so delicious, but the bun bo hue really stood out! It tasted super authentic, just like how my mom makes it, and I’m very picky when it comes to bun bo hue, so that says a lot. The service was great, the staff were friendly, and the place was spotless. Definitely one of my new favorite spots!

I tried the Bun Bo Hue aka spicy beef noodle soup at Paris Banh Mi and it was honestly so good, super authentic and full of flavor. I’m usually not a big fan of brisket, so I asked if they could swap it out for rare steak instead, and they were more than happy to accommodate. It ended up tasting amazing.

This has been my go-to spot whenever I’m in the mood for a good bowl of pho or a banh mi. I usually order the pho dac biet, and it’s always flavorful with the right amount of seasoning. The portions are great for the price and consistently satisfying.
When I want to introduce someone to Vietnamese food or have family visiting, this is the place I recommend. Paris Banh Mi is consistent every time, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Definitely a reliable spot for both pho and sandwiches. Also, try the Vietnamese coffee. It’s delicious and strong.

Not gonna lie the vibe of the place felt alittle split. The main area when you walked in was expansive with plenty of comfortable, but mixed seating options. The left side gave lounge vibes while the right read screamed cafeteria vibes. Though it was nice having everything so spread out, gave the feeling of privacy. But regardless the service was very polite and getting your food was fast. Speaking of the food, if you’re hungering for a good variety of Vietnamese dishes for affordable prices, then I would recommend eating here. Really enjoyed the croissant pork patties sandwich, and the fries were golden to perfection. The vast selection of milk teas were delicious and the desert bar did not disappoint on options. Overall really enjoyed eating here.

I’m glad we stopped here. This place is very nice and spacious. The decor is nice and the customer service is great. The nice young lady at the register answered all the questions that I had. I had the Banh Mi #1 and Paris fruit tea, and the hubby had the rib tip combination plate and the cheese corn dog. It was tasty, and the portions were large, so we shared and still had enough to bring home. We were in Columbia for an event and decided to try something different on the way home. We’re glad we chose this place.

They have changed a lot. I missed the old cups they used to have. I feel like the cups they use have now are not reusable as the old cups. For 2 drinks and 2 corn dogs for $30 is a little much. You used to take pictures and stuff in there. They have blocked it off. So its so so now to me.

What a wonderful place to visit for some Vietnamese food. First the atmosphere is fantastic, plenty of seating and spaced out options for you to enjoy the atmosphere. The cafeteria style food ordering was fast and efficient. The menu offers plenty of options and of course the food was very delicious! I recommend the B2 grilled pork Bahn mi but the menu offers a huge selection which I have included in the photos. Try the coffee, a Bahn mi and enjoy some desert. This is a new favorite spot for us and an amazing place to visit that is close to downtown Columbia. Enjoy!
