The restaurant here is a bit small, but they have a great dish of grilled pork vermicelli. Most of the diners love this “bún thịt nướng” dish. They also have Vietnamese-style Cafe, it’s interesting to see the coffee drip drop by drop..

Great meat. Great portion. Great egg custard cake. Great price. Always fulfilling. Parking is right in front of entrance of the restaurant.

I love Viet Ha this is the best secret restaurant in south sacramento, amazing portions, cheap prices, and the best quality food. The staff is always sweet. Try the combination chow fun or their vermicili and pork shrimp bowls!

I love Viet Ha. The portions are huge! And they’re extremely fast! I’ve only ever dined in one time. The place is tiny so I recommend taking it to go. The parking lot can be a nightmare. We ordered the combo plate #2 with an extra egg roll and the #22 with an extra egg roll. Took them about 10 mins. The food was hot and fresh when I got home. Everything was delicious. The egg rolls are amazing here! They don’t taste like egg rolls from other restaurants. Not sure how they do it but it’s really crispy and delicious. Dip the egg roll in the fish sauce.

Trying a new pho place and was disappointed. Could not eat more than a few bites before just walking out.

Very casual good hole in the wall place for Vietnamese food. We have been coming here for years. Food continues to be very tasty and big portions. Price is also very good compared to what’s out there today. Our favorites are any of the bbq meat items either over rice or noodles. Great value for the portion and very tasty!

Take out. With COVID and being bored with food, we decided to get takeout. It was nice they had a window for pickup orders where you wait outside. Incredible value as there is a lot of food and the soup portion is also large. Reason for the -1 is because even though we had the wait for the order, the soup was luke warm super bland as if they just poured water into the the pot to increase volume of the soup then put in styrofoam container. The soup did not taste good at all. Otherwise, maybe it was just a bad day for the restaurant.

What a classic Sacramento spot. Legendary Viet food served in a small but ample restaraunt. This place is KILLER. When you get a noodle bowl you’ll understand why. Everything here has all the hallmarks of a place that takes great pride in every aspect of the food they serve. Small details like the spices on the pork or the freshness of the lettuce NEVER disappoint here. Eggrolls are my go-to appetizer but everything I’ve had has been phenominal so there don’t seem to be any bad choices. The menu is also VERY handy because it not only names the dish but explains what’s in it. That kind of care for the customer is felt through the entire process. I almost always get food to go from this place simply because it’s a short drive home but dining in is a great option. Get a hot tea, a dry style noodle bowl, enjoy the atmosphere and the lovely artwork. Yum!
