Great little spot. Loved the food. Waze had me going to the back alley but Google maps showed me the right way to the fantastic phozole and banh mi. The service was prompt and courteous. I believe I was also greeted by a manager that asked me about the quality of our meal. The phozole was an inspired flavor heavier on the pho flavor but a nice subtle mixture that works well. The bread in the banh mi was perfect and the ingredients had that great mixture of meaty and crisp freshness that I enjoy.

The pork bahn mi was a 7 out of 10! Super spicy and what seemed like fresh vegetables! The meat was not what im used to but pretty good! The chicken noodle box a 9 out of ten! The triple threat was 10 out of 10! The salt and pepper fried chicken is out of this world! Not alot of seating so don’t plan to stay if its busy! I bet it gets busy! Hard to find on Google maps and parking was a little tricky! But overall don’t miss this little gem!

The food is amazing here! Get the rice box with pork so, so good! Prices reported seem a little off for current times though unless we aint tipping and like drinking tap water. $25 for a single plate and a drink. Seating is available for all of 6 people MAYBE max comfort. Super delicious though! Mmm

The restaurant is kinda hidden (next to Taco Bell). There is a tiny parking space at the back via the narrow alley but we parked on the street next to Taco Bell. We had an early dinner at 4pm and ordered right away at the counter and got the food shortly afterward. There are some tables and chairs inside but it quickly filled in as more people coming in for dinner.
– chicken noodle box: the portion was generous. There were lots of rice & veggies. The chicken was good, tender, and flavorful.
– pork bahn mi: delicious! The pork was tender and not too greasy. The sauce was bold and tasty. The bread had crunchy crust yet it was soft inside.

I’ve been driving past this spot for a while and kept meaning to try it. I’d also seen a few posts on Instagram about their wings, so I finally had the chance to stop in and I’m glad I did.
When I walked in, it was somewhat busy, and it got even busier later on. Right away, I was greeted by a woman named Annie, and let me just say, her customer service was top-tier. She talked to me like we’d known each other for years. It’s been a long time since I’ve had that kind of warm, genuinely friendly service, and it really made the whole experience better. Annie made it feel like I was visiting a friend’s house, not just ordering food.
I ordered the salt and pepper wings and the sweet and spicy emperor wings, along with a side of steamed rice. Both flavors were solid, but the salt and pepper wings? Absolutely next level. I’ve had them at other places before, but this spot blew them out of the water: crispy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned.
The atmosphere was cool, lively, and laid-back. As it got busier, it still felt comfortable and welcoming.
If you’re in the South Sac/Broadway area and in the mood for wings, especially salt and pepper, you need to check this place out. And if you’re lucky enough to be helped by Annie, expect to be treated like family. Definitely worth the visit.

The plate was delicious. I cant add much because it’s been a while since I grabbed this but forgot to post the review . However from hat I remember, this seemed pretty healthy, the chicken was absolutely phenomenal compared to other restaurants ive tried in the area and the meal was pretty filling. Overall I would come here again and would recommend it as a try!

This tiny but mighty authentic vietnamese restaurant has everything you want in a classic noodle/bahn mi. But dont stick to the classics here, you have to try the fried tofu!! Served delightfully crispy, the texture pleases even my picky kids. This time I forgot to add egg rolls to the order, which is probably for the best since I cant finish what they already gave me. But I remember that they have the delicate rice paper roll on the outside and a sumptuous and generous pork and veg filling. If you love perfectly cooked shrimp, this is the place for you. One last shout out to the staff who can answer any question and always makes me feel at home. So much so I hate to take the food away – take a seat (if you can find one) and dig in!

We’ve been here 1 other time. Were looking to get some Banh Mi sandwiches and had just missed a big crowd. They were low on ingredients but the owner was super nice and we ended up getting the last Banh Mi sandwiches!! So nice!
I wish we had a better experience tonight (10/13/25). We went in at 7:30p for some banh mi sandwiches and they told us that they had already put away their meat. They close at 8p and had already cleaned up for the night. Such a bummer. I guess don’t come for food 30min before closing.

My wife and I loved the food. Everything we ordered was fresh. The fries and chicken wings were hot and crispy. The service was amazing! We stopped by closer to closing time, and who I presumed was the owner never rushed us. She was so hospital. Treated us like family. Definitely recommend this place if you’re in the area.

What an amazing find. I was looking to try something new on DoorDash and I’ve now found a go to weekly. I tried the chicken noodle bowl and it was outstanding. It was basically a deconstructed bahn mi and every bite from first to last was amazing. Every one of my coworkers asked what it was and now they’re trying it and wanting more as well. It is a bit pricey so not a daily meal but once a week treat for sure. I cannot wait to try some of the other options soon.
