It may look a little sketchy from the outside because its an old converted school bus and it located on the side of a gas station, but honestly that just adds to the excitement of trying everything on the menu. The staff is friendly, attentive, and quick with recommendations–which is helpful because everything sounds amazing.
The food definitely lives up to the “Fusion” name. Every dish is packed with fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and beautiful presentation. The pho is rich and aromatic, the noodles are perfectly cooked, and the portions are generous. Their appetizers are just as impressive–crispy, flavorful, and clearly made with care.
My wife ordered the Hue Tieu, and she absolutely loved it! The Bánh mì sandwiches are fantastic–loaded with meat and full of flavor. The egg rolls were crispy, hot, and delicious.
Viet Fusion Eats & Drinks delivers excellent food, great service, and an overall fun dining experience. We’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu!

Food was great and came out quickly! I ordered the Bulgogi beef over rice, my husband ordered the Thai spicy mango wings and we got mamas dumplings. He recommended the seafood egg roll and I’m so glad he did! Not pictured here (because I ate it so quick) but definitely the best egg roll I’ve ever had. Will be back for sure!

I just tried this place and I’m so glad I did. It’s one of the best spots for fresh, quality, delicious food. I got the Bulgogi Beef & Egg Roll, and it was so good. I highly recommend this place; the food is quality, and I got so much food that it lasted me two meals. This is definitely my new favorite place to eat.

Great flavors and fresh ingredients make this a solid choice especially for Lufkin. I had the Pho stir fry F7 and Vietnamese spring rolls M2 and both were great. Good sized
portions with plenty of well seasoned meats and veggies. The service was excellent! It did take 15-20 minutes to get my order. The food was fresh and worth the wait but if you’re in a hurry order ahead. It’s a big yellow bus located on the east side of the Texaco/Big’s gas station.

Food smelled and tasted amazing! Staff made a great recommendations of spicy pork belly on rice. Heat scales 1-10. They stated 3-5 was sriracha level went with 10. It was a good heat and throughly enjoyed the food. Bahn mi and eggrolls were a big hit as well. Authentic Vietnamese dishes with great flavor. This is a food stop you don’t want to miss!

Food was absolutely amazing. My husband got the Pork Belly Banh Mi, Moms Dumplings, and the Thai Red Curry Shrimp. I had gotten the Grilled Shrimp Rice Vermicelli & Fried Noodles. The food was cooked very thoroughly & the service was great. Will be going again when we are in the area.

We had the Bulgogi beef bahn mi and the Thai curry chicken, both were delicious. Level 5 spice was definitely hot enough for us. Good prices, will definitely be back. Hard to get good Vietnamese food in this area

It took me forever to find this place one because it kept telling me it was close to the Chick-fil-A on that same side of the street too because I was looking for an actual restaurant and this is a bus kinda like a taco truck but for Vietnamese food, I was desperate for some PHO so I did not care! I’m so glad that I tried it. The soup was delicious. I was a little weirded out By the raw meat, but it cooked quickly in the super hot soup and everything was fresh tasted amazing. I’m so happy. Look for the bus in the Texaco parking lot thank me later!

where do i even begin? viet fusion has been a consistent part of my life for nearly 3 years. no matter where i’ve been at, for the past 3 years viet fusion has provided me a joy like no other. the spring rolls and the shaken beef are some of the most flavorful, balanced and delicious dishes i have ever had. and the fresh pickled veggies??? the BEST! hands down, my favorite place in all of texas. everything on the menu is amazing. if you haven’t already, please order from viet fusion. it’s life changing!
