I got the spicy beef noodle soup (bun bo hue) from here, and it was not bun bo hue. It looks just like pho but made spicy, and it didn’t even taste good. The meat tasted old, and the broth was not good at all. They used the thinly sliced beef steak and brisket that goes in pho; there was no beef shank or tendon, which authentic bun bo hue is made with. It was not tasty at all. 0/10 for me.

Run DO NOT walk! 100000/10 The BEST pho in town.(I’ve tried them all) Their broth is so flavorful. Taste and feels homemade. You don’t need to add any sauce to it…matter of fact, DON’T add any sauce to it ITS THAT GOOD!
I got the combo pho small. (I had already started eating when taking the photo )

I wanted to try a different pho spot nearby and saw this location was ranked the highest, so I decided to give it a try. The restaurant itself is very quaint and cozy, which I really enjoyed.
What truly stood out, though, was our server who stayed she was new, a young woman whose kindness and warmth were genuinely refreshing. She checked on every table with the biggest smile, spoke so softly, and had such a calm, positive presence. Honestly, she was a much-needed reset to my week and made the experience feel special.
Unfortunately, the downside was some tension among the staff. Either the manager or another employee and the cook were openly arguing and yelling at each other about work ethic and speed. It was quite awkward, as both our table and the one next to us could clearly hear everything.
Overall, the food was solid, about an 8/10, and our server was easily a 10/10. With better professionalism behind the scenes, this place could be a much more enjoyable experience.

My mom doesn’t get out much. This was my first time here and hers. The service was amazing. My mom was impressed with the food, the service, the cleanliness and even asked to come back again. My mom is elderly and when I asked if they could cut up the pieces in her dish a little smaller, they delivered! We will definitely be back!

These folks get five stars for the impeccable service. Even though it took a second try for me to get my order done correctly since the young lady taking my order was new, so the manager there stepped in, and she is exceptional. She apologized, and was so courteous, to even give us a 10% discount. I called before I went, as I wanted to try the Bun Bo Hue, they said they did have it, however upon arrival, and much discussion, came to the verdit, that it’s not authentic.
I completely understand, that restaurants need to make money, thus they adapt to the customers palate, so food is not wasted. However I applaud them, as they took the extra effort to make my bowl special, and make it as close to the authentic dish. It was a much appreciated effort. Thank you.

Just had their summer rolls, fried quail, and vermicelli combo. The vermicelli was excellent and Don provided great service. Food came out very fast. Everything was very fresh.

I usually do not leave a bad review unless something was very off. I ordered the combination pho to go with extra noodle and the special banh mi or banh mi dac biet. The pho, hands down, is one of the top in the area. The banh mi, well, the worst I have ever had. It pains me to say it. The bread was a sandwich roll from Walmart. It was not even toasted. There was barely any cold cut items. No head cheese, a few slices of pork meat loaf, and way too much Maggi sauce. I don’t even think they put the Vietnamese mayo. They did put the pickled carrots and 4 very thinly sliced English cucumbers. Look this is not a banh mi and I wish I took a picture of it. Don’t rob people of their money. This is just a sad sandwich posing as a Banh mi for which I was charged roughly $13 for. For the first time getting take out, I wanted to return my food after having one bite. I didn’t do that because I had a tired hungry toddler wanting to go home. I am disappointed due to the previous pictures I have seen a year ago where the banh mi looked authentic. Please do better.

Wow! This lovely restaurant is a hidden gem, and the pho lived up to other reviews we read before dining here. Truly the best in Woodbridge, and it was busy even late morning on a Saturday. We will definitely be coming here again. The staff is extremely friendly and the service is great.

My husband and I really enjoyed dining here. The customer service was great! The food was even better! We loved everything we ordered. I had to customize my order since I’m allergic to cucumbers and they were happy to make it for me fresh without it. We’ll definitely be back.

There was an event nearby and they are telling us to just order food and go and that we’re not allowed to eat inside because we might make a mess. I asked him why other people are eating and he said because I know they won’t make a mess. He says he didn’t want to stress his staff out. When another customer complained, the guy came back and said we can eat as long as we clean after ourselves. After getting our food we realized we forgot to order spring rolls and I know he heard me say that. Instead of helping me with that or putting in the order he waited until I came back in 5 min to ask and then he said he just closed the kitchen. I said you didn’t even ask me what I want to order. What if I just wanted to get extra lime? He said it doesn’t matter because he needs to please his staff too. Lol this business owner or manager or hostess whatever he is, certainly could use some education on customer service.
