We ordered the special vermicelli bowl (pork, beef, and chicken), vermicelli bowl with pork and spring rolls, and a large Pho Bo Tu Chon (rare beef and brisket). My family and I really loved everything. Food was served within 10–15 minutes, portions were generous with lots of meat, and the prices were very reasonable. The server was excellent—she even asked about food allergies, which we truly appreciated since not all pho places do that. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Sixth pho place we’ve tried. The server is attentive too. They asked about allergies, answered all concerns, and offered water. They provided an extra bowl and all necessary utensils without even being asked.
We ordered Vermicelli, Special Vermicelli, and Pho.
It’s the best when it comes to pricing.
Portions are good too. Plenty of meat!
Vermicelli is excellent.
The pho isn’t the best, but it’s still good.

Wonderful service, friendly staff and delicious food. We love Vietnamese and needed our fix after getting off the plane. We chose this place based on Google reviews and it didn’t disappoint. We had the Beef Noodle Soup bowl and the Lemon Grass chicken on rice. Both were fantastic.

It’s the first time we come here and was immediately greeted with hospitality and friendliness, the owner is super nice and jolly-mannered, we definitely was not disappointed, it’s definitely a hidden gem and definitely should be recommended for authentic Vietnamese cuisine.
We order:
Chicken Soup (Both chicken chops and shreds, absolutely recommending the chops for juiciness and freshness) The broth’s absolutely fantastic and flavourful, perfectly seasoned, combined with well-cooked and soft chicken. Ate with bean sprouts and greens and it was refreshing.
Special Beef Soup. Broth was absolutely delicious, very generous with greens and bean sprouts. Beef tripes, slices and balls were juicy and yummy, well-balanced between hot sauce and savoury soup. Definitely recommending.
Beefsteak (Bread, pate, beef strips, sunny side-up egg) Everything is thoroughly prepared and cooked, the sauce is savoury and palatable. Bread is fresh and crispy, combined with soft pate and beef strips and greens, definitely recommending for a hearty breakfast.
Shrimp springrolls. The outside is crispy and well-seasoned, the fillings including shrimps and greens are absolutely fantastic and flavourful.
The price was fair, and we are definitely coming back. If anyone was looking for authentic Vietnamese cuisine taste, this hidden gem is perfect.

VietCuisine is such a gem! I tried the stir-fried seafood noodles and the chicken confit on fried rice—both were super flavorful and so satisfying. The portion was pretty generous!! And you can really taste the authenticity in every bite. The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming, and the customer service was honestly above and beyond. The restaurant itself is bright, clean, and has a really nice, chill vibe. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to. Highly recommend if you’re craving delicious Vietnamese food!

We randomly found this delicious Vietnamese restaurant today while doing some running around in the NE. Very friendly staff, good menu and a well designed interior. Staff offered GF option for the spring roll and it was bang-on amazing. Can’t wait to go back!

The Porkchop rice dish was juicy, well-seasoned, and paired perfectly with the rice—it was comforting and satisfying. To end the meal, we had the Custard Flan, and it was absolutely delightful—smooth, creamy, and not overly sweet. Every bite felt like a treat. Walked-in to grab some subs, spring rolls and salad rolls to-go. The beef and chicken subs are EXCELLENT and really big. Awesome value! All the food was great! We’ll definitely be coming back. So glad they’re in the neighbourhood. Very friendly and kind staff.

While they tend to be similar, some are better than others at specific things.
At Viet Cuisine, I particularly enjoyed my noodle bowl for the generous and tasty selection of marinated meats within. The rolls, both cold and hot were very well prepared, with an extra thin crust for the deep-fried ones, and fresh, crunchy ingredients in the cold ones.
This is a small Mom and Pop family business in a neighborhood strip mall, not exactly a destination, but the service is warm and welcoming, the food is good and the place is clean.
I would recommend parking in the back, as there is more space.
