We love Vietnamese food especially Pho soup, we’re glad that there’s now a Vietnamese buffet. It is $25 per person on Sunday but it’s worth it and since it’s valentine’s day they gave us free delicious boba drinks! They have a lot of foods, hibachi grill, desserts, different kinds and flavors of Pho soup. We’ll definitely be coming back.

After weeks of anticipation, the brand-new Viet Buffet in Rogers is officially open — and I was first in line!
Vietnamese food is one of my all-time favorites, and I’ve never even heard of a Vietnamese buffet before, so this was a big one for me. They had a massive team working the grand opening — I’d estimate 25–30 staff between servers, cooks, bartenders, and bussers — and the place looked incredible. What used to be an old Famous Dave’s has been completely transformed into a modern, welcoming space.
The food selection is wild: AYCE pho, fresh rolls, bánh mì, bún thịt nướng, bò kho, and a whole lot more. The idea of unlimited pho and bánh mì — two of my personal top picks — is honestly crazy in the best way.
Everything was well put together, and overall the food was very good. My only minor issue was a little confusion and a couple dishes not quite up to temp, but keep in mind this was literally their first 30 minutes of being open. I’ll definitely be back.
Also — shoutout to my server, Vinh. He was absolutely fantastic. If you go, ask for him!
If you love exploring new flavors, give them a try — this is a unique addition to Rogers!

Hands down some of the best Vietnamese food my family and I have ever tried! The restaurant was beautifully renovated, everything was clean, and the staff is so friendly. Shoutout to our server Leah who was incredible!
The soups were made to order like pho and bun Bo hue. I ate 3 banh xeo (they were really that good)! The food in the buffet line tasted amazing! We tried their che and loved it! Not too sweet and the perfect amount to try multiple flavors.
We will 10000% be back!

There pho and bun hue pho is small and underwhelming, there fresh spring rolls is mostly rice noodles, the hot dishes are hit and miss, most are ok, desserts were okay. Kind of like Flavors Indian buffet. Sounds good in the beginning, full of regret after paying the check. House 1830 in downtown Rogers has really great quality food and service for same price. Sai Wok or Pho Kitchen are better quality for half the price per person

3 hours from South of Kansas City. I recently took my family to the buffet after a trip to Silver Dollar City Christmas lighting. The restaurant is clean. The staff is great. The service is awesome. The food is awesome with varieties of authentic Vietnamese choices. There is plenty parking space around. My wife said food was worth the driving.

We were completely STUFFED!!! We were so MESMERIZED by all the beautiful and delicious food that I forgot to take videos and pictures of all the AMAZING food! Not like me at all!
The place was spotless!!! The service was great! We were all very impressed!!!! We drove an hour to try this place and are already making another date on when we’ll be going back! Glad we got there 15 minutes before they opened… they were kind enough to let us in 10 minutes early. By the time we left, the place was packed!!!

Really good Vietnamese food that is all you can eat! This place is one of the restaurants where you wish you had multiple stomachs but I must return later to try the other selections that I couldn’t eat because I was so incredibly full . So many soup bowls and dishes to choose from. Everyone will be able to enjoy! Vietnamese desserts were few but still so good! It is a nice treat for sure!
