Spicy beef pho is excellent as in their chicken pho. If you aren’t in the mood for pho have a bhan mi or rice bowl with their lemongrass pork, you won’t be disappointed!

The pho was amazing. Large portions and very flavorful. The service was awesome. Egg rolls were surprisingly small, but still very delicious. My only advice to this restaurant would be to make the egg rolls bigger. Will definitely go back for more 🙂

Worst bowl of pho I’ve ever been served. It tasted like regular beef broth from a can, watered down. It has a weird sweetness to it, left a bad aftertaste. The best part was the veggies. I’d rather go to Mr. Chopsticks, and there’s isn’t very good either. The chairs are uncomfortable, it was freezing cold. My wife felt exactly like I did. We won’t go back.

Have been there many times and the service has always been good. The spring rolls are quite big and tasty. The garlic noodle dish amazing, is not in the menu though so you need to ask if it’s on the day’s specials

Good food. Incompetent staff. I ordered to go from there today and the girl who took my order didn’t ask my name or tell me when my meal would be ready. When I arrived at Viet Bites, the waitress who took my order informed me my food wasn’t ready. I asked her when it would be ready and she told me she didn’t know. She didn’t even know what to do with the receipts that printed out of the credit card machine. It made me wonder if she has ever been inside a restaurant before. I knocked off two stars for the lack luster attitude. The food is good but the Hickory Street location has a better staff and more menu options. Elm street needs to step it up.

Love this place and have been back again and again. Any pho is a great choice, pork banh mi is awesome, love the tofu noodle bowl. Off the menu the ribeye is excellent. Tofu fries is a great appetizer. Service is friendly and patio is enclosed so enjoyable if it’s not too cold out.

Probably the worst Vietnamese food i have ever had. It was very white wash and bland. I ordered some spring rolls and they were so small at twice the price compared to a normal Vietnamese place. I ordered pho soup and was so sad at how it tasted. The broth and noodles were both very bland. It sucks because there are no good Vietnamese restaurants even close to denton. Dont trust these other comments. Either they have never had good Vietnamese food before or they are employees. Notice all the people commenting that it is good, aren’t Vietnamese.

LOVE Viet Bites! Went on a Friday night, not busy at the time we went, although it was a little early. Tofu Pho was amazing, so were the tofu spring rolls! Overall, love the place and will for sure be back soon!!

Place is trash. Placed an order over the phone for a rice bowl with cilantro, cucumbers, and beans sprouts wiTh pork. Instead I got noodles, a bunch of veggies that I don’t like, cold pork, and a side of hair. Called to inform them of their mistakes and they made no effort to right the wrong. I hope they go out of business. The one on hickory treats me right and always has consistent product. Maybe the employees at this location should stop doing so many drugs that they can’t follow the simplest orders. I will never recommend this location to anyone ever. Get on Hickory streets level and you might right this wrong. Until then, there is no hope for you.
