My kids like going here for their Pho addiction. They love the grilled pork chop Pho. Their grilled chicken Pho is great too. We usually order a large order of spring rolls. I like the beef cube over rice and the fried whole flounder. Amazingly I can finish it with the fish sauce and rice that accompanies it. We also like the condensed milk tea. The parking isn’t great since it is small and they share it with the nail salon next door. Is usually park next door in the Moe’s lot. But do this at your own risk.

Great, no frill Vietnamese food and very kind staff. Super inexpensive and will fill you up! The Vietnamese iced coffee is tasty, too.

Didn’t like this place in the beginning, but my wife insisted on coming here. The vegetarian pho is not nearly as good as the meat option, but I found the crown jewel of the menu for me, the vegetarian curry noodle soup. It is spicy soup goodness. Everything is cheap the staff is very friendly and knows us by name already. Would also tackled the summer rolls. That peanut sauce they come with us great.

I can’t understand how Viet Ai can achieve such high ratings even with their exceptional service. The food absolutely takes away from the experience. The poultry conditions are quite concerning.

The pho is mediocre at best. Broth has heavy traits of MSG as opposed to actual beef bone/meat flavors. The flank meat raises concern as the texture and flavor hints the fact that it sat for what may be an unsanitary/unsafe period.

Spring rolls were not made of the correct wrap/skin. It’s very similar to typical take-out spring rolls.

What was the most concerning were the pork chops. There were obvious indications that the meat sat for long periods of time without being refrigerated. The sour pungent smell and taste prior to actual rot was quite apparent.

Given their quality service, I was hesitant (and almost felt guilty) to complain about the food in person. However, I will not be visiting this restaurant again.

Sad to see the place go, I am sure that it has something to do with the KFC that is closing at the same time as well.
This place is so friendly, if you willing to try new things this is a great place. Some of the food can be confusing as to how to eat it but the are more than happy to show you how. A cozy place and has great bubble tea on the weekends.

Pho is wonderful, with a very subtle and complex broth as a base. We stick to the grilled options as they are more flavorful.
Staff is very friendly and after two visits they began remembering what we like… Even the table!
This is our pre- or post-reward for our Trader Joe’s run.

Please don’t come here because it’s so good and I don’t want to wait for a seat. Just kidding. Cathy is an absolute delight service is extremely fast for lunch and their food is extremely authentic. I would highly recommend this. I eat out a lot and cook a lot, that’s my reference.

This place’s extensive menu is nice. Yet I took the standard route and had very good pho with rich broth. Service was good. If you like Vietnamese food and are in the area hungry, you’ll need to check this place out, and if you stick to pho you won’t be sorry.
