So the loaded gyro fries were really good. But that corned beef wasn’t so great. First of all I said no Swiss and there was Swiss then on top of that the corned beef was super salty and very very dry. I also asked for a jumbo but the pictures doesn’t do justice. It was alot smaller, on top of that I paid $17.99 for the sandwich wasn’t worth it maybe at least a $15 sandwich.

Vienna Market is a no-frills restaurant and deli serving up delicious food that is made to order. They make all of their corned beef fresh and in-house with premium cuts of meat. I spoke to the owner, Tony, about his 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry, and you can tell the care he puts into selecting quality ingredients for his customers.

There are three tables inside for dining in, but the wait is not long if you’d like to carry out after ordering. They also have a selection of produce, frozen meat, and some shelf staples available for purchase along with sweet potato pies from Aunt Oddie, a local baker.

This place taught me a valuable lesson in the various faces of loyalty. I was saddened by the previous restaurant closing considering it is a black owned business and it seemed they just disappeared one day. Well upon walking into the new restaurant in its place MaMa Oddies likeness is everywhere!! I asked the cashier about the old place and etc they said they still do good business with them, serve their cakes and receive help from them. That warmed my heart SO much!! Just off of that alone they got a loyal customer out of me. Now to talk about the food! I am not being at all biased when I say it is delicious, fresh and made with love… I went during the lunch special 10:30-2:30 and got a gyro w fries and drink, a tilapia sandwich with fries and drink and a chicken salad sandwich. It all totaled out to 26.72 so roughly 8.99 + each. I was hesitant about the tilapia Sandwich but the breading was perfect not too hard and didn’t have a lingering seafood taste, just tilapia. The fries where made fresh so by time I got them were a little soft but considering I still ate them, just needed some Cajun or Lawrys or a little salt… the chicken salad sandwich is a full size not that half size box mess FULL size and has tomato’s white onion, romaine, lettuce black olives, shredded cheese I’d say mozz, banana peppers and crispy chicken… too much to eat at once and very very fresh and delicious… I even ate the olives I hate olives. I’ll be going back to try more foods and get some deserts oh and they have this 60/40 faygo drink it’s popular… 10/10 please keep it up!

It was a little congested and without definitive lines (something like a roped line similar to the one near downtown) it allows people to wander and get in each other’s way. I and my brother nearly had a confrontation with a group of people who came in that were not courteous enough to let us by. This easily could have been avoided and a 4 or 5 star atmosphere. Not the fault of the establishment but would rectify a potential problem among customers.

Food was very good at a very fair price. I had to put the atmosphere at 1 star because while your waiting 5 minutes for you food your forced to listen to a crappy out of time stereo blaring while they have a tv blaring sports. Gave me a total headache. I said something to the cashier and she just laughed. Don’t think I’ll go back there just because of that.

I came in for the first time today on a recommendation. Corned beef, seasoned fries and a little gyro sample and U was impressed. Tony who greeted me was really friendly, told me about their fish fry specials for lent and I followed his rec for the sandwich. Will come again and will tell others.

This is the kind of place I love to review. A business who’s pride in their products shows over and over again.
Delicious, well presented food served by friendly people.
I will be back many times to a place like this. Five stars is not enough.
I got some fried chicken but I had tastes of gyro meat and also corned beef which was *chef’s kiss.

Easily one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in Cleveland. Get the New Yorker, corned beef and pastrami. It’s fantastic. The guys who run it care about their food and it shows. Perfect.

It’s a nice deli but it’s hot in there so beware! The lunch menu specials for $8.99 were very fulfilling but if you’re like me and don’t like your chicken fried hard, be sure to reiterate that. It’s very clean and a major upgrade from the restaurant that was there before. They just recently opened so I know improvements will be made. I did NOT have bread in my box though but my bf did so that’s my reason for this review but the food was good despite being a little warm inside!
